In Villeneuve Loubet, Charming Villa in the prestigious Domaine des Hauts de Vaugrenier, kept secure 24h24. A haven of calm and quietness in the heart of a park planted and maintained every day, just off the highway and close to beach and shops. The area has an Olympic swimming pool, another private to our village (almost personal), bowling greens, tennis courts, children playground, ping pong, fitness trail among the trees and around the 3 lakes, fitness center, clubhouse with restaurant, a small village with coffee, snack, supermarket, pharmacy. The villa has been completely renovated, kitchen and bathrooms completely redone, tastefully decorated and enjoys a beautiful and spacious lounge, equipped with a fireplace and open on a terrace on one side and a patio with barbecue and surrounded by bamboo on the other. You give directly to the park and fitness trail. Here all is quiet luxury and pleasure

The best markets of Provence Antibes, Cagnes sur mer or Nice are close at hand. The most beautiful villages in the Maritime Alps await you nearby St Paul de Vence, Eze, Gourdon, Valbonne ... It is a very large room divided into two where there are 2 small beds and a larger one in 110. Between the two rooms above a Zen-inspired space alien, parquet floor and equipped with a large dressing.
