It is in an old farmhouse renovated quiet we did this little nest of 90 m2 duplex, we are located on the road leading to the ski slopes Mauselaine with a free shuttle to 300 m during the school holidays .

Apartment very spacious, well equipped, 1 km from the city center, shops, lake, pool complex, ice skating and bowling, cinemas, shops factory linen very appreciated in our home town and retail product Local etc ....

RATES: Rates are 350 € to 450 € per week depending on the season except the week between Christmas and New Year which is 500 €. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in season. It is also possible to rent during the week for a short season.

Everything is included water and electricity, the only tax which is 0. 80cts per day per person over 13 years is your responsibility.

Cleaning is included (I ask simply to make me an apartment in the state in which you found it on arrival).

séjour très agréable

Je suis venue passer 3 jours avec mon fils au mois de mai. je n'ai pas été déçue du tout. L'appartement est grand, très bien agencé, décoré avec goûts et très bien équipé. Il est très bien situé et offre une belle vue sur le lac. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et font tout pour nous rendre le séjour très agréable, encore merci. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter une seconde.

Séjour trés agréable. L'appartement est pratique et bien agencé, tout y est. Il est lumineux, spacieux et bien situé, à mi-chemin des pistes de ski et de gerardmer. Les chevaux à proximité ont été très appréciés par ma fille. Nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Un bel appartement en duplex, spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. Jolie vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse. Pistes de ski proches (environ 1 km) avec grand parking pour stationner.Centre ville agréable avec tous les commerces et diverses distractions (piscine, bowling, cinéma...). Un bémol : l'appartement est mitoyen des deux côtés et l'isolation n' est pas très bonne ; il faut donc prier pour que les "voisins" soient bien élevés...

Owner's Response: Je peux vous dire que j'ai beaucoup de clients qui reviennent et des nouveaux parrainé par les anciens clients ,je pense que si c'était vraiment bruyant personne ne reviendrait et n'enverrait surtout pas d'amis .
Le seul bémol est comme dans toutes habitation où il y a plusieurs appartements, des bruits des voisins mais si chacun vit sa vie normalement ce n'est pas dérangeant ,il faut simplement un peu de civisme Cette isolation nous a été conseillé par l’architecte ,les appartements étant tout neuf quand nous retapisserons ,nous referons une autre isolation si il en existe une meilleur !

Une voiture est nécessaire car il y a une grande montée pour arriver au logement. En hauteur la vue sur le lac de Gerardmer est magnifique.
