Apartment details:
On our personal website which we send to every single one of our prospective guests -before they book with us- it clearly states the exact size of our apartment, the negatives and positives, etc.
We also cut and paste all of this information to the bottom of every booking invoice in the case that the new guest has not read our website.
Some of our guests are budget travelers who read our website before booking with us. The majority are pleasantly surprised at our second home and happy that we helped make their trip to Italy a little more affordable.
We live in a small apartment in New York City so we are used to small accommodations in European cities.
We love our little home in Florence and enjoy sharing it with others. If you are looking to save money on your Florence accommodation, we offer a less expensive alternative in a nice/quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all of Florence's tourist attractions.

We had a really good stay at your apartment! It is very comfortable, practical and also a fantastic bargain, the location is great! We were able to get around the city with no problems.
I am glad we found your place online. It was very easy to be in the apartment and it is set up so that we were not worried about anything...breakage, etc. I cooked breakfast 2 different mornings and I have absolutely fond memories of cooking in the little kitchen (egg and bacon burritos). We really appreciated the refrigerator because we are big on salami, cheese and crackers, water bottles, yogurt and juice. Your kitchen was very accommodating.
Compared to most, your bathroom was quite large and seemed very luxurious to us. My daughter loved the big bathtub too! This is a nice surprise after having much smaller ones across the country.
Everyone in Italy has been friendly and helpful but especially the people in your neighborhood. -Deborah

Location, location, location describes your apartment. It is close to the major tourist attractions without being in the center of them. It is a neighborhood with stores where citizens of Firenze live. We loved the Sunday morning flea market at Sanctu Spiritu! When we wanted to walk to the Ponte Vecchio or the Duomo it was easy and direct.
The apartment is very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was easy to use. The walls were so thick that it was very quiet below grade and we slept very well. Obviously we found that the small library of books you had there were very useful! We liked it so much, we would like to come back!
