This brand new villa sits in a superb location, overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. Situated in a small gated community which is right on the shoreline. It has magnificent views across the limpid, blue Mediterranean. The coast is west facing and you watch the gorgeous sunsets over the sea from the comfort of the living room or front patio. Be lulled to sleep by the lapping of the waves! The spacious open plan living area features a real fireplace and a flat screen TV. The whole villa is tastefully furnished with brand new Italian designer furniture. Air-conditioning in all rooms. Private grounds surround the villa, with patios back and front. Private covered parking and a fantastic roof terrace! It is less than 50 yards to the shared swimming pool with its Roman steps and paddling pool. Right on the coast with nearby resort hotels and tourist facilities. Ancient village on the hill at the back. Nearby fields farmed for bananas, grapes, figs and citrus. We are 700 yards from the main coast road which runs south to Paphos old city and tourist area (3 miles) and north to Coral Bay tourist area (3 miles). In between there are strips of restaurants, bars, tour agents, car hire agents, 24-7 mini-markets ('kiosks') and tourist shops. Nearby Paphos is known for its ancient sites, especially the Ancient Greek amphitheatre where ancient Greek plays are performed in atmospheric surroundings right by the sea. Cyprus has it all, from snow on the mountains in winter and glorious sunshine for 300 days of the year. Come and enjoy the natural hospitality of the Cypriots in their tavernas and fishing villages.

Our terms are 25% non refundable on booking and payment in full 6 weeks before arrival. Ask about reduced rates for payment in full on booking more than 3 months in advance.

Internet Connection: We have a Wifi Hotspot in our flat opposite (Calchos 002) which you can readily pick up with a wireless-enabled laptop. There is no fixed telephone line. Kindly note that we cannot always guarantee connection unless we mutually agree this at the time of booking.

We found this villa was beautiful and exactly as described. The location is lovely as you can sit out on the patio and see and hear the sea, it is also very quiet and peaceful so is perfect if you want to relax away from it all.
The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay, the pool area is also clean and well kept.
The owner was very helpful and when the water heater broke it was fixed the same day.
We would strongly recommend this villa to anyone who wants a peaceful holiday in a beatiful tranquil setting.
We tried some of the local tavernas recommended by the owner and were not disappointed, they are well worth a visit.
Owner's Response: We are so pleased with this reviewer's recognition of the accuracy of our property description. We truly have a unique location, but it is hard to be convincing when everyone else is saying the same!
We endeavor to maintain the highest standards in terms of service and cleanliness and this reviewer has put into writing what all our renters tell us verbally.
