Luxury 3 bedroom end town house. Double glazed windows all with blackout roller blinds. Some with locks & wrought iron grills. Safety entrance door, alarm & safe. Inside walls painted in fine “Gotele” style. Marble flooring throughout. Oak doors. Ground floor shower room with walk-in shower, sink & toilet. Bedroom with twin beds. Living-room with dining table &6 chairs, Cable TV & air conditioning. Patio with table/4 chairs & loungers & steps leading down to communal swimming pool. Oak kitchen units & worktops in red granite type “porrino”. Washing machine, fridge/freezer, extractor hood, oven & vitroceramic hob. Microwave, kettle, toaster, pans/fry pans & a good selection of cutlery/utensils. First floor bedroom with twin beds & Master bedroom with double bed, TV/DVD, air conditioning unit & patio. Bathroom with over bath shower, sink, toilet & bidet. Stairs to rooftop solarium with table/4 chairs, water/electric points & lights. Double gates to front with car parking.

Across the road from the Villa is a small British supermarket & a few bars/restaurant. A British run sports bar with satellite TV/Internet with web cam and they also serve food & bar snacks. Maggies restaurant/bar owned by a British family which is very popular with diners, Pablos International also British owned and Clarkes Irish bar. They all have themed evenings including karaoke and live entertainment. There is a new Asian/Thai/Chinese restaurant The Banana Tree which is highly recommended. 5 mins walk is Los Dolces, a 3 storey Plaza with many restaurants/bars incl. Indian, Chinese, Italian, Hungarian and many more and there are also a few shops. About 5 mins by car/taxi is Flamenca Beach Plaza, a good night spot for the older kids/young adults which is very lively later on with bars/restaurants including British owned 'Legends Bar', Spud Murphy's & Chinese Wok where you can have a Buffet menu for about £5. There's a huge variety of restaurants including some up market ones. My favourite is The Papaya Tree with a selection of fish dishes and Asian cuisine. There are numerous Italian & many more.

If you fancy a change but don't want to go to the beach, you can visit The Celtic Isle Irish entertainment centre at Playa Flamenca with own swimming pool with slide and waterfall and a children's play area. Food is served by the pool and there is a KFC style take-away. Live entertainment can be heard some nights & Saturday afternoon after the nearby market, or The Emerald Isle Irish entertainment centre at La Forida with 2 swimming pools, ball park and bouncy castle. On the main N332, you will find a strip of bars/restaurants at 'Cabo Roig' about 10 mins drive and is highly recommended. There are many other small commercial centres within walking distance with places to eat/drink. As the area is still under development new bars/restaurants are being opened up all the time. If you prefer not to drive the taxis are quite reasonable should you need it which is always handy for golfers or just to go to one of the many blue flag beaches.

On the main N332 coastal road there is a Go-Kart centre which is great fun and very popular. You can buy snacks and drinks while you are watching/waiting. If scuba diving takes your fancy you can inquire at the Celtic Isle or Emerald Isle and then book a day trip to the sea. All equipment and transport will be provided.

lovely homely touches to a lovely villa

fantasic stay at this villa, we couldnt have wished for a more comfortable stay, a real home from home, the house was really well stocked and really appreciated the washing machine, (and all the soap powder left for use!) I loved the fact that there was lots of towels, pillows, bedding and t towels, & washing up liquid so often there is not enough of these when you rent villas or cottages from owners, I also liked the fact that there is new bottles of shampoo & shower gel for you to use as ell, its the little touches like this that I really liked. Around the area everything is a 5 minute drive away, a massive shopping centre (reminded me of the malls in Florida) 3 or 4 really nice beaches within a 5 or 10 minute drive and lots and lots of shops. A bit nearer home, less than 5 minutes walk a lovely restaurant and very reasonably priced is the banana tree would recommend this, also 5 minute walk in the other direction is a smaller shopping mall with a beautiful greek & a beautiful Italian restaurant, i would recommend both of them too, in fact I never had a bad meal when I was there, again I was surprised at how cheap they were. really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Wonderful Holiday Home

Had a great short break staying in this villa, the house was very clean with everything you would need in a holiday home. There is lots to do in the surrounding area, the villamartin plaza is only a 20 mins stroll away with its many wonderful restaurants. There are a couple of bars, supermarket and eateries within 5 mins walk, there is also a street market close by on a Saturday. The new La Zenia boulevard is only 5 mins drive away, and the beach also only 5 mins drive. All in all a most enjoyable stay, I would highly recommend this villa.

Vacances agréables / résidence sympa !

Nous avons passé trois semaines dans ce logement avec nos trois enfants et nos parents. Nous étions donc 7, c'est-à-dire 4 adultes et 3 enfants. La maison est très agréable. La résidence est fermée (un trousseau de clés permet d'ouvrir et fermer le portail de celle-ci (les enfants peuvent donc jouer dehors en toute sécurité). La climatisation (une unité dans le salon et une autre dans la chambre principale) fonctionne parfaitement et le logement est très vite froid ce qui est très agréable dans cette région lorsque les températures dépassent les 35 degrés. L'environnement est plutôt calme et on n'entend plus aucun bruit dans la résidence à partir de 22h30. Il y a un supermarché à 700 mètres à pied ainsi que des bazars où on peut acheter toute sorte d'affaires. De nombreux bars et restaurants sont relativement proches et permettent de se restaurer pour une somme modeste. Le logement est relativement bien équipé (TV, machine à laver, four, etc ...) et possède quatre terrasses (2 au rez de chaussée dont une grande, 1 au premier étage donnant dans la chambre principale, et 1 patio sur le toit divisé en deux parties dont une assez grande où il est agréable de préparer des barbecues. La piscine est très agréable et possède un tiers du bain de 60/70 cm de profondeur pour les plus petits. Les alentours sont sympathiques, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la plage de la Zenia qui permet de nombreuses activités à 3 kilomètres du logement. Nous remercions Delia pour cette location qui a été un vrai plaisir pour nous. Nous la recommandons sans hésitation.

Enjoyable holiday at house 16/26 August

My family (2 adults, 2 Children 13/15) really enjoyed our holiday. THe house had everything we needed, the pool was clean and easily accesible. We found some great resturants within walking distance of the house and with the beach, water parks and go karts within a short drive there was plenty to do. We hope to visit gain soon.

we were very pleased with the house and the area. We were 8 people and it was good for everyone.

It's located on a quiet zone and near everything we needed, supermarkets, restaurants, beach, pool, etc.

If we think on going to that area again we'll certanly chose this house again.

just returned from this villa with our family of 5 and we have had a wonderful time. The villa was clean and well maintained throughout. the bedrooms were much more spacious then

seen on the web site. the pool area was never too busy and always very clean. The area itself was quiet which suited us ideally as we wanted a nice relaxing holiday. there were a few bars and restaurants just across the road and the food was good and reasonably priced. a short drive would bring you to villlamartin plaza and playa flamenca with lots of wonderful restaurants and bars. there were several beaches only a few minutes drive and with the constant breeze it never felt too hot even though it hit 38 degrees on one of the days.

the only negative thing about the villa was the beds were uncomfortable. all in all we had a lovely time and we would return again.

The Villa is perfectly placed for the many local beaches & also many quieter coves to explore, famous for their long stretches of soft white sand & sparkling clear Mediterranean Sea. They have European Blue Flag status for cleanliness and unpolluted water. A few bars/restaurants & small British supermarket are opposite the Villa with a very popular Asian restaurant 'the banana tree'. 5min walk is Los Dolces a 2 storey plaza which boasts over 20 different restaurants, and a bit further away is Villamartin a beautiful tiled Plaza with bars, restaurants, shops & home to many colourful birds. 5 mins by taxi is the popular night spot Flamenca Beach which is very lively with bars/restaurants and live entertainment to suit all ages. For the younger adults there is Cabo Roig a popular night spot. There is a newly built shopping centre with many designer names like Guess, Jack Jones, H&M, Zara and many more but also has C&A and Primark and Subway and Burger King. Villamartin is home to 3 Championship Golf Courses, Campoamor spectacular views over the Mediterranean & Las Rambles with its lakes & ravines. There is a fairground at Torrevieja seafront, craft market & street entertainers if you visit at night.

Other Activities: Water park, Go-karting, paint balling, diving, horse riding.

Golf: Villamartin Golf Course has the privilege of being located on the Southern most tip of Costa Blanca and hence has become very a popular course with visitors. The course has a magnificent backdrop which can be enjoyed while playing your round. The 18-hole course is over 6,000 yards in length to measure 6,132 yards in all, and has a par of 72. Villamartin Golf Due to the hilly location, it has the first nine holes on higher hills from where the golfers can enjoy a pleasant view while playing. The back nine holes are laid on a flat terrain with fairways and greens well protected by bunkers. The signature hole is the 17th which some people described as arguably the best par 3 in the whole Spain. The Mediterranean Open of 1994 was hosted on Villamartin Golf Course which gave it the pride to host many other such championships. Nearby is Campoamor Golf Course located in a high-profile society surrounding only about 3 kilometers from the actual coast. The course was opened for in 1988 and was designed into an 18-hole. All around the course, there are pine and orange trees to give it a beautiful environment for golfing. The course is always well maintained to a high standard and has a very enjoyable layout that all golfers can enjoy. The clubhouse offers golfers and guests alike an eclectic mix of sea food based on Mediterranean cuisine and a panoramic view of the coast and offers a covered practice area and private buggy hire for the course. Also nearby Las Ramblas also has a Par72.

Although smoking is not allowed inside the house there are ashtrays for use outside on the patios & solarium. The ground floor patio has table & 4 chairs. There are loungers for use outside which can be taken to the pool but will need to be brought back and a parasol. There are towels available for use inside the house but beach towels will need to be brought for use at the pool and beach. The solarium also has table & 4 chairs & a hose pipe. There a 3 body boards for taking to the beach as the surf can by really good at La Zenia. There is a clothes airier for use on the solarium and an iron & ironing board. There is also a hair-dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with a selection of pots & pans, glasses, utensils, cutlery & crockery. There is also an electric kettle & toaster. For use outside there is clothes airier.
