A living room en-suite with storage and convertible sofa, 1 air-conditioned bedroom of 12m2 fully equipped with 2.00 x 1.60 bed, storage closet, cot, bathroom and suspended toilet. 1 entirely air-conditioned bedroom of 16m2 equipped with bed of 2.00 x 1.60, storage closet, cot, bathroom and suspended toilet. 1 guest separated toilet, 1 wooden house of 15m2 outside with a 100m2 terrace, gas barbecue (full canister), 1 swimming pool of 6.00 ml x 4.00 ml, 1.45 ml depth. Entirely secured by a regulation fence, 1 furnished garden for 6 persons, 6 metal deckchairs, clothing line, 1 outdoor shower, 1 set of metal table and chairs for 8 + 2. 1 sheltered terrace with the house, 1 safe, 1 storage closet.

The house is located 3 km away from the Sainte-Anne burg and 5 km from the beach of Salines, it is also at 8 km from Marin, medium-size town where you will find a supermarket and other shops, important marina. The house was built in 2008/2009 on a plot of land bought in 2006, the neighbourhood is relatively quiet, the neighbours having professional activities (teacher, Mayor assistant and second home), the access is made from the departmental road turn left (English district), do 1300 metres precisely on this concrete road and go down on the left until a private path, turn slightly to the right and you have arrived.

  • The house has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, the bedrooms have the particularity of having a bathroom and a separate toilet, 1 separated toilet with basin at the end of the corridor is at the disposal of guests. One bedroom measures around 12 m2 and the other 16 m2 which allows you to sleep one child in a provided cot. A third good quality bed is possible in a convertible sofa of 2.00 x 1.60 in the living room but not air-conditioned. The rooms’ beds are also about 2.00 x 1.60 there is a closet in each bedroom with bedside table and lamp as well as a chair. The telephone and the “livebox” are in the large bedroom.
