Extra information: The secluded walled garden is not overlooked and has secure intercom access and a 8 x 4 meter private swimming pool. Large patio areas for lounging, BBQ's and dining. Lawned area with trees which are good for shade. The large front porch offers shade from the sun and a large wooden table with 6 chairs, at the rear of the property there in another table an 4 chairs. There are 4 loungers by the pool and an outside shower. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and the living room. There is also a travel cot provided. Sky TV is installed but for free channels only. If you require subscription channels you can bring your own sky box and card for use. All the windows are fitted with mosquito nets and blinds. This villa offers privacy but not isolation. Children must be supervised while in or around the pool. There is a 36 hole golf course 8 mins walk away and a of 9 hole course and driving range 6 min walk away. Golf Melia and Golf Loma both 18 holes are less than 5 min drive.

Notes to the rental rates: Payment can also be made in Euros. A deposit of £200 is held for security and is refunded on departure once our property managers confirms that there was no damage or extra cleaning required. For bookings of less than 7 days, there will be an additional 50 euros cleaning charge. On confirming a booking a 20% deposit is required with the balance being fully paid 8 weeks before departure. On change over days the villa must be vacated by 11am.
