A characteristic medieval hamlet with three independent farmhouses, and a small Romanesque church, incorporate this original and comfortable apartment (69 m2), immersed in the beautiful Chianti countryside, which is characterized by vineyards, olive trees and forests. Simply but tastefully furnished by the owners, who live next door, the apartment also has a private garden space attached with a table where you enjoy meals. For families with small children, there is a crib available upon request (without linens). Located on top of a hill, only 2.5 kms from the town of Barberino, the apartment is in a beautiful, tranquil area serviced by a good gravel road but only 800 mt from the main, asphalt road. The weekly rate includes lights, water and gas. Heating is not included during the cooler months. During those times, the client will be responsible for that additional cost.
