Whether you are looking for the perfect skiing winter holiday or a wonderful golf vacation in the summer this flat is truly a 'Flat for all Seasons'. There is something for everyone. Whether you just want to sunbathe on the beautiful sunny balcony and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Alps, go horse back ridding, walking, play tennis window shop or serious credit card denting shop or play Golf on the world famous Crans Golf course, all you need is only 5 minutes drive away. The flat sleeps 9 to 10 people in beautiful comfortable bedrooms, lovely luxurious bathrooms; it has a fully equipped modern kitchen, Internet access, TV, and a parking space. A cleaning lady is on hand if required. Last but not least a really charming, helpful and nice owner is on hand (moi ) to assist you in anything you need or with any question you may have. This property is for rent by the week, the season, or the whole year.

'MY IDEALCLIENT' and special conditions : My ideal client would be a family, who would appreciate the beauty and luxury of this apartment and would like to rent for the whole winter season - If this occured I would of course make them a special reduction.

Winter and Summer Season / Year Rentals : The' IDEAL IDEAL CLIENT' as far as I am concerned, is the person looking to rent for the whole of the skiing season or better still by the year. If this type of person came along it goes without saying that I would be delighted not to have a variety of different tenants to cater for and worry about that I would do my up most to come to a mutually satisfying arrangement for all concerned. I am only too pleased to discuss conditions with anyone interested in a long term rental.

.Crans Montana is a ski and sun seekers dream resort. This cosmopolitan resort is perched on a south facing plateau overlooking the Rhone valley, with extraordinary panoramic views of the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc and the Swiss Alps.

Crans Montana is made up of 3 villages creating a lively atmosphere and a well serviced resort with over 50 bars and restaurants, a casino and numerous clubs. Geneva is the nearest scheduled airport to Crans Montana but it is also accessible from Zurich airport.

I have had 5 children and as a family, we have spend many wonderful winter vacations and nearly every weekend coming up from Geneva (just over a 2 hour drive away) which is blanketed in mist and rain, to get into the sunshine, and enjoy some great skiing. So I speak from experience when I say it is the perfect flat for one or two families. There's room for a nanny, grandparents and friends as well. (sleeps 9 to 10)

SKIING WITH FRIENDS

If however, you are single it is also a great and cost effective way to go skiing with a group of friends. The flat is so cosy when you get back from the slopes, that there are few things more relaxing than to sit by the fire with a glass of the local white wine and recuperate after a hard day skiing.

Crans Montana in the Canton of Valais is one of the sunniest and most beautiful winter and summer resorts in Switzerland. It is about a 2 hour and 15 minute drive from Geneva Airport. You may also take the train from the airport to either Sion or Sierre Stations. Because of the way it is located you are certain that if there is sun anywhere you will get it in Crans-Montana. During the summer there are fabulous mountain walks, tennis, swimming, cycling, paragliding, horse back ridding, and Golf. The big event at the end of the summer is The European Golf Masters. People come from all over to watch the champions play. Summer in Crans is the ideal place to take the family for a thorough rest and change of scene.

Golf: Crans-Montana is not just about skiing, in the summer it is also a great Golfing resort. The locals are extremely and justifiably proud of The European Golf Masters which takes place each year in September. This year is a particularly important one and the Masters takes place first and second week in September. (6 to 11th) If you are a golfer why not get away for a great few days watching the Champions battling it out with each other in one of the most beautiful settings in the world? For a few days in September all the 'Beautiful People' flock to Crans to see some really spectacular golf.

Ski: Crans Montana is a south facing resort, that is famous for the number of sunny days each season. The variety of slopes includes the famous 'Coupe des Dames' championship run. There are also many different runs, that particularly suit all levels of skiers. Three high speed lifts, with huge car parks, ensure minimum queuing, and all slopes run back to the village
