First rental: July 1st, 2009. Apartment in a luxurious residence with garage and parking. South-facing. Unobstructed view of the Duguay-Trouin basin, at 50 m from the Sillon beach. A few steps away from all shops, from the sailing school and the SNCF railway station, close to the thermal baths and at 78 min walk from the heart of Saint Malo that we can see from the apartment. You can take the bus at the entrance of the building. Perfect location to do everything by foot. A 10 min drive from Dinard and Dinan, 30 min from the Mont Saint-Michel. The Jersey and Guernessey islands pier is 10 min away by foot.

A GREAT PLACE TO ENJOY ST MALO

We so much enjoyed our stay in this light, airy and well-designed apartment; the interior and view matched or even exceeded our expectations. Our hosts, Marie-France and Daniel were helpful, welcoming and friendly which helped to make our stay so memorable.
For us the location was spot on - close to the beach, harbours and a short scenic stroll to the old town with its great selection of restaurants. The secure parking in the underground garage was a convenient bonus for us.

We rate this holiday property highly and would love to return.

Vielen Dank für die herzliche Begrüßung mit Kuchen und Sekt! Wir sind noch immer total begeistert von der tollen Lage des Appartments in St. Malo. Der sehr schöne Strand ist um die Ecke, die malerische Altstadt ist entweder am Hafen oder am Strand entlang in ca. 10 min. zu erreichen und viele leckere Restaurants sind auch in Laufnähe, durch die wir die mit allen Details ausgestattete Küche viel zu wenig genutzt haben!
Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert und wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen!!!

Sehr schönes, sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement in toller Lage! 10 Min. Fußweg in die Ville Close, 2 Min. zum Strand, toller Ausblick aufs Hafenbecken! Sehr nette Vermieter (es gab Cidre und selbst gekochte Marmelade als Willkommensgeschenk).
Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

FANTASTIC STAY IN SAINT-MALO

The condo was awesome...roomy, spacious, clean, well-decorated and well-appointed. Very comfortable beds.
Kitchen was great. Food store close by, so we were able to have some lunches and dinners at home to relax.

The proprietors were very friendly and helpful - offered excellent suggestions and provided maps, etc. to help our stay. Safe neighbourhood, close to everything. Parking underground for the rental car was provided. It was absolutely fantastic.

Saint Malo has beautiful ramparts, beaches, cathedrals, museums - an hour`s drive from Mont St. Michel - which is not to be missed. Excellent all in all.
