Cervar-Porat is a tourist village 4 km away from the famous tourist centre Porec, on the west coast of the Istrian Peninsula. This holiday resort is ideal to relax peacefully away from noise and heavy traffic and to enjoy various sport and recreational possibilities and cultural sights and events. Apartment hotel „Volta“ located in the centre of Cervar Porat, only 100 m from the sea, surrounded by park and lot of greenery, is a perfect choice for families and those who wish their peace and quiet combined with modern comfort and facilities. „Volta“consists of completely renovated, modern designed apartments, all air-conditioned, with balcony or terrace, sat-TV, CD-radio, microwave. Smaller pets are allowed, there is a children’s playground a parking space in a 50 m distance.

The location is 100 m away from the sea and 250 m from the beach. It is 30 - 70 m away from the restaurants, bars, post office, souvenir shop, money exchange office, hairdresser, bakery and ice-cream & cake shop. It is 4 km away from Porec, 10 km from Novigrad, 20 km from Umag, 50 km from Pula airport. All our apartments have their own fully-equipped kitchen. Supermarket, restaurants and bars are close to the house. At the town market you can buy directly from the fisherman or farmer, while excellent local wines are available in the wine cellars. And while you are in Istria make sure you try some of the local specialities in one of the Porec taverns. How to get there: 4 km north of Porec, on the local road towards Novigrad, take the left turn for Cervar-Porat;if you arrive in Cervar Porat, take the left turn (you'll see the signpost Rona recepcija). After approximately 150 m turn on the right - you'll see the parking place, 50 m on the right is our Apartmenthouse Volta.

Payment: 35 % in advance; The rest is to be paid at the reception deck in HRK (croatian kuna) according to the daily cours.

Von der kleinen und dunklen Ferienwohnung, die so hell und freundlich abgebildet war, waren wir enttäuscht. In unserer Wohnung im EG musste man auch am Tag das Licht anschalten. Die Küchenzeile ist eigentlich der Flur und die Toilette befindet sich direkt neben dem Spülbecken. Es riecht in der ganzten Wohnung streng nach chemischem Reinigungsmittel- v.a. die Bettwäsche. Wenn man das Ausziehsofa benutzt, ist am Esstisch kaum Platz für vier Personen. Das Feriendorf Cervar Porat ist heruntergekommen und gleicht einer ausgestorbenen Geisterstadt. Wir empfehlen unbedingt,sich vorher über das Dorf im Internet zu informieren- Nur wenige Restaurants und Bars laden zum Verweilen ein zwischen leerstehenden Häuserblocks und Geschäften. Wir sind nach drei Tagen abgereist, obwohl das mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern sehr anstrengend war.
Owner's Response: Leider haben Sie die Wohnung neben Wäschereie bekommen, aber wann sie ihre Buchung gemacht haben, es war einzig frei. Wir könnten nicht ihre Appartment weckseln weil alles voll war.
Für unsere 35 Apartments in Cervar, im Jahr 2008. hatten wir cca. 460 Buchungs und 1400 Gäste - das ist unmöglich zu erreichen wann wir nicht die Qualität Service anbieten. 9 Personen arbeiten bei uns, unsere Rezeption arbeitet 0-24.. Wir haben so viele zufriedene Gäste die jedes Jahr bei uns zurück kommen und das ist für uns Motiv noch besser zu sein und das Garantie für den Erfolg in der Zukunft.
