Close to pedestrian street, Utopia cinema, Grand Theatre and museums

You will feel like at home in this large and bright apartment, in the heart of Bordeaux, 96, Alsace Lorraine courtyard, 6th floor with lift access.

You have Wi-Fi access so you can use your computer.

The apartment has nice furnishings and pretty paintings.

Beds will be made, bathroom linen available, in the kitchen you will find everything 'to get started'. Very quiet: All bedrooms open on to the courtyard.

For children, there are books, toys, high chair, bathtub and a stroller.

Tramway station just below the building. Bicycle hire station and Victor Hugo car park nearby.

If needed, covered parking space: € 6/day (on request).

It is completely white, with large bay windows (double glazing), very bright and close to the cinema, to many restaurants and boutiques, to museums and to the long promenade of quays, especially interesting on Sunday mornings with the organic market and oyster tasting.

Due to the location and amenities of our apartment, you will love Bordeaux even more, city registered as a heritage site by the Unesco.

What a location

When the phrase "centrally located" was first written, it was this apt they had in mind. You can walk to many of the places of interest - and
if necessary to explore further, there is the tramway stop accross from the building that takes you wherever you like in town.
The apt is on a sixth floor and very quiet, clean and equipped with all
a visitor needs - for anything else your gracious hosts Ghislaine and Phillipe are ready to help.
Highly recommended !

Delightful, light and airy, well appointed, comfortable, very centrally and conveniently located, 6th floor apartment with lift. Tram stop just outside with fast connections to Gare St Jean for trips away from Bordeaux. Many quality restaurants (Le Loup, Cafe Opera and lots in and around Rue du Pas St Georges) within 15 minutes or less walk plus for breakfast and other meals - boulangerie artisanale, small supermarket, delicious cheese shop etc on the doorstep. Ste Catherine pedestrian street, Grand Theatre, fantastic fountain and lots of World Heritage churches, museums very near. We recommend this apartment and thank the very friendly and helpful owners for their warm welcome - and we hope to return.
Owner's Response: Pour chaque séjour (celui-là: 3 générations : père ,fille, petit fils), nous essayons de prévenir les souhaits de chacun. Nous sommes aussi particulièrement équipés pour recevoir les enfants.Un témoignage comme celui-là nous encourage beaucoup.
