The villa is very spacious and has floor tiles in all rooms with the exception of the bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms with King Size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth and fifth bedrooms have two single beds. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within a beautiful landscaped community with many lakes. The pool and deck are over sized and face south and benefits from the sun all day. The pool and deck are very private and are not overlooked by other homes. The villa is very cool, spacious and restful and a most enjoyable place to spend a holiday

Our property is located in Bridgewater Crossing, which is a small community with many lakes and beautiful views. The community offers , tennis court, volleyball, basket ball practice court and communal swimming pool and barbeque cabana. Located close to theme parks, shops and restaraunts and gives easy access to major roads to the Gulf Coast. We own three villas all next door to each other in Hills Bay Drive, all villas are south facing and very private. Special rates will be provided for families booking the three villas.

  • We are happy to negotiate a lower rate for certain times of the year and also when there are small parties staying. Please make contact for seasonal changes. Please note that we do not increase our rental rate when the children are on holiday from school.
  • Heating of the pool is necessary from November until April. The heating in our pool is electric. The charge for heating the pool is £80.00 per week. The pool is south facing and therefore benefits from the sun. We also have a solar pool cover to use at night, this will keep the warmth in the pool..

Notes: The villa is large and tiled in all rooms with the exception of the bedrooms. The villa is very cool and relaxing and has a large pool deck and pool that faces south and overlooks a lake. It is situated in a quiet landscaped community very close to Disney World and all major attractions. One of the nicest facilities is the beautiful pool and deck with views over the lake. Completely private from other houses and will be extemely hard to beat.

Ideal for large parties wanting to holiday together but still wanting space in their own home. Most of our bookings are from families that have stayed and re-book for the following year.

My family & I stayed at this villa for 3 weeks in October 2009. It was our first stay and we picked it from the many that we had viewed on the internet. We found all the information to be very accurate and we had a fantastic holiday. It was very easy to get to all the Theme Parks and main shopping outlets. The Villa had a lovely interior, good decor and was very well maintained The open view from the pool deck was fantastic and we had the sun all day. Bridgewater Crossing is a lovely, quiet estate. In October we always prefer to pay the extra and have the pool heated. We received exceptional customer service from start to finish and I would highly recommend this villa to any friend or relative. When we book for Florida again this will always be at the top of our list. Thank You

"Fabulous place to stay while enjoying the magic of Disney. Lost count of the amount of times we have stayed here, just love coming back. The villa is situated in the lovely community of Bridgewater crossing less than 15 minutes from Disney. The views from the private south facing pool deck are incredible. If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful home to stay, look no further."

Superb!!!!!

We have stayed in this villa twice now and thoroughly recommend it! Everything is to a high standard so much more than we every expected. The villa is spacious, clean and delightfully furnished. The location is perfect for us, such a quiet community. From the pool deck the view over the lake is amazing! We are looking forward to going back next year with our children and my parents.

What More Could You Ask For

Having just spent our second 6 week holiday at this villa, and spent another next door, with us already being booked for next year, I think that speaks for itself. The villa itself is most comfortable and having 2 master bedrooms is ideal - no arguing who is to have the master! The care taken by the owners in ensuring that the villa is kept up to standard is obvious. The location is superb, overlooking 2 lakes with the wildlife fascinating and all well known attractions are easy to get to and from. It is superb to get back to this wonderful villa and just relax. For us it is like moving home for 6 weeks, we just feel so comfortable there.

Our favourite restaurant is The Longhorn on the 192 but we also found Chilis to be good and Mimis' (which is away from the area somewhat) . The local Publix at Champions Gate is wonderful and a pleasure to shop in.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone and have done so already.

Location, Location, Location

We have stayed in this villa on at least 3 occasions. It is beautifully maintained and very well laid out. The south facing pool is great, and not over looked. One of the nicest things I like about this villa is to wake up in the morning, pull open the blind, and watch the sun rise over the small lake. It is, as far as I'm concerned ideally situated, being about 15 mins drive from Disney and also the hustle and bustle of the 192, but not so far as you feel that its a problem to get anywhere. Its near to the Champions Gate facilities and the I4 junction, but doesn't suffer from any road noise. The villa has always been very clean for our arrival, and the agents are located very nearby and are very welcoming. It's also a good location if you plan to travel down to Bush Gardens and the gulf coast, being the right side of town so to speak to shorten your journey. We have also stayed in the neighbouring 2 properties which are also very well looked after. We are returning again this year to Bridgewater Crossing, which will be our 9th year running. That says it all really.
