Enjoy probably the best views from this luxury apartment which has been furnished & fitted to high standards. The extra large terrace off the living roo overlooks the Mediterranean where you can relax or dine while watching the spectacular sundown & the magical transformation of twinkling lights to Mojacar by night. We are located above the Playa, a short walk (400m) to sandy Blue Flag beaches and friendly beach bars, shops and wonderful restaurants along the promenade. Hot/cold AirCon keeps it cosy in winter. This very spacious elegant and comfortable apartment features a large living room , Satellite TV, BBC DVD, Master bedroom with Super Kingsize bed. 2nd bedroom has bunks and a double bed and a terrace . Fully equipped Dishwasher etc. . To lighten your baggage we provide towels, books, DVDs, hairdryer.Games & Beach toys. We have an English speaking agent in Mojacar. Welcome Pack on arrival. This is our own holiday apartment and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do

  • HOW TO BOOK: please telephone or email to make sure your required dates are available. We will send you a Booking Form and reservations are confirmed upon payment of 50% of the rental the balance is not due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival. We can accept GBP or Euro whichever you prefer.
    We also request a separate cheque for £75.00 this will only be cashed in the event that actual damage occurs or excessive cleaning charges are incurred. Otherwise it is shredded.
    Discount will offered for winter lets of over 3 weeks duration, please contact us for details

    Off Season Change over days are entirely flexible so this should make it easier for you to avail of lower cost flights.

    Booking deposits are non refundable. Please ensure you have Holiday Insurance for Medical, loss or Cancellation charges.

    Half Terms and Bank Holiday periods carry a £65.00 surcharge
  • We take great care to ensure the apartments are thoroughly cleaned between guests so everyone will enjoy their stay therefore we must ask that apartments are not occupied before 3pm on day of arrival and vacated not later than 11am.
    We will always do our best to facilitate a late checkout whenever possible or should your flight arrive earlier luggage may be left in the apartments by arrangement

    Travellers from UK, Or Ireland should note there are regular flights with Ryanair, BMi, EasyJet etc. etc.from Gatwick, Stansted, Birmingham, Belfast, Dublin,Cork, Shannon, Manchester,etc. into Almeria ( 1 hour drive) Murcia 1.5. hr. drive) or Alicante (2 hr drive)
    we will send you clear easy directions. mostly you will be driving on almost empty Motorway.


    If you do not wish to drive Collections can be arranged from airports, price on application. However to get the most from the area we do advise a car.

Enjoy the wonderful restaurants offering international cuisine or traditional tapas in bars hidden down winding streets bedecked with hanging flower baskets, cafes on the viewing terrace high,high above the plains. The weekly Market is a great attraction where the freshest fruit and vegtables are offered for sale by the growers, handcrafts, leather goods etc. in the age old tradition.

GOLF we are situated quite close to some wonderful courses, the nearest is 10 minute drive away and DESERT SPRINGS AND VAL D'ESTE ARE ABOUT AN HOUR AWAY

Guest Comments We have just had a wonderful holiday in your beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. I also have to say the beds were really comfortable!! unusual for rentals! and the directions were so easy to follow from the airport. We will certainly be telling our friends about Mojacar and will strongly suggest they book your apartment. NL We found the apartment extremely spacious and bright and so close to everywhere. We were very happy with our choice as it was our first time in Mojacar but we will be returning and will contact you to book the apartment again. SN We had a wonderful time, your apartment was very well equipped and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the pool and we found some really great restaurants it was a treat not to have to drive and be able to walk home after a good meal and a few glasses of wine!!! Lovely Apartment

We stayed in the apartment in the first week of October 2009. It's a really nice, spacious and well equipped place. I would especially recommend it for families with young children as it really has all the home comforts for both looking after the kids and for parents staying in at night. The hill up to the apartment is fairly steep for a pram so we drove most of the time. The terrace is very large and (in October anyway) gets the sun in the morning and evening. The view from the terrace is beautiful.

A little piece of heaven

The information provided was 100% accurate and on getting to the appartment we opened the doors to a wonderful sea view. The property was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The weather was an added plus, about 25 degrees every day. Despite being the end of the season there was a good variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance. No matter where we went we were made to feel very welcome. Iverna supplied accurate directions and was always on hand, via e-mail, to answer any questions with a very speedy response. I would definatly recommend this property to my friends but not at the time I wanted to use it. We had such a relaxing time that I felt well refreshed and ready for the manics of Christmas. Thank you for letting us use your home.

Lovely apartment in Mojacar

We stayed at this apartment for a week in early Summer 2009.

We didnt know what to expect as we had never stayed in Mojacar before.

We needn't have worried as both the apartment and the resort were excellent. Each night we found different restaurants and bars and enjoyed each one.

The morning walk to the local supermarket to get fresh bread along the promonade was a joy each day.

The apartment was conveniently located, very close to the beach and ample shops and restaurants .

The apartment had all the facilities required for an enjoyable holiday. The views from the balcony need a special mention as especially in the evening the views were simply stunning.

A visit to the inland Majcar village is a must especially on market day. During the week we travelled with the car up and down the coast from the resort. Each place we visited had something to offer.

We had a lovely week and would highly recoomend both the apartment and the resort of Mojacar Playa.

Great location for a fantastic holiday

We booked this lovely apartment for 7 days in mid June 2009 and we had a fantastic holiday. If you love a terrace with genuine, fantastic sea views like we do then you will not be disappointed.

Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is to hand and a small welcome pack was in the apartment for our arrival which was appreciated after an early morning start !

The retractable awnings on the balcony came in handy at all times of the day, either to shield from the 30 degree sunshine or at night for a bit of privacy. The aircon was also great at nighttime.

In a great location very close to bars and restaurants, we were spoilt for choice but a couple of our favourites nearby were Playa Blanca & bar Lua. The fresh fish and meat cooked on a wooden fire is not to be missed then on for a drink in the very cool Bar Lua.

Our enquiries were always dealt with very politely and efficiently and overall my wife and I were very happy and would have no problem recommending this apartment to anyone who was interested.

We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

The summer of 2008 was our first holiday in the Mojacar area. It turned out to be one of our best holidays..Mojacar is such a lovely place Iverna,s apartment was just great. Clean as could be Spotless beds and bedlinen The terraces are great to sit out on I spent many hours relaxing and just watching the world go by The sea view is just fantastic We hired a car at Almeria which is really a necessity Here too Iverna,s advice proved great... Thank you so much Iverna I hope to come again soon
