A newly built spacious property in the centre of a very large grassed and secure garden. Approx 15 min from airport 10mins from shopping centre & 18 hole golf course. Nearest beach 'Jaberwock' 5mins. Two large bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, king size beds and air con. Open plan lounge/ kitchen with TV & telephone. Kitchen comprises of gas cooker, fridge freezer with auto ice maker, toaster & everyday utensils. Utility room with washing machine, sink, iron & ironing board. All windows are fully fitted with fly screens. Outside has a covered patio dining area leading to 32' pool with sun loungers. As the property is built above ground level it is not suitable for wheelchair access. Situated in a more rural area a car is really recommended. This will also allow you to explore the delights the island has to offer such as 'Le Bistro' a superb French restaurant close by and many other restaurants, bars, sights and activities on offer in Antigua.

  • 20% non refundable deposit required to secure reservation. Full balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Rental rates include all named persons on booking up to maximum capacity. All utility costs included in price. Discounts negotiable for bookings over 2 weeks. The owners accept no liability for any personal injuries, damages or loss incurred during any rental period. NO ONE GENDER BOOKINGS OVER 2 PEOPLE ACCEPTED.
  • For whatever reason, the 6 lovely beach towels provided have disappeared, along with cotton bed sheets. It is therefore unfortunate that I may have to ask for a fully refundable deposit of £50 for linen and towels. Unfortunately the beach chairs have been damaged beyond repair and wont be replaced until September 08

A wonderful place to stay

The property was gorgous, especially the pool. Everything was very clean and well kept. You really need a car with this location, but it makes an excellent base to explore the island. They arranged for some one to meet us at the airport and show us to the villa for no additional charge. It was an great value. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to just about anyone.
Owner's Response: We try our best. Any profit we make after all the outgoings (which are a lot) we are trying to plough back in. From October for example we have installed air conditioning in the bedrooms. Hoping to build a sun deck on to the side of the pool next year. The sun loungers have now all been replaced so the place looked good when we left. Many thanks Teresa for your review.

Fantastic value for money, everything you need in a holiday home. Clean spacious well equipped. The pool is one of the best we have had in many years of renting villas regularly cleaned and well maintained.

Peace and quiet quaranteed with good amenities a short drive away.

Spacious villa

We stayed here for 2 weeks in February and found it a fantastic base. The villa is really airy and spacious and we slept better here than we have done for years. The garden is enormous and the pool is great for an early morning dip. Although at the top of the island nowhere is more than 40 minutes away (we managed to clock up about 1000k but we do like to "do" an island!) Also very handy for the tst match! Would happily stay here again.
