This lovely studio apartment is on the top floor of a 3 floor building in a complex known as Parque Tajinaste, located in the residential area of La Paz, in Puerto de la Cruz with wonderful views of the sea, of Mount Teide, of the surrounding Orotava Valley and of the gardens and swimming pool of the complex. It consists of one large room (40 sqm) with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area. A bedroom area with twin beds and a sofa bed and a large fully fitted wardrobe. A seperate bathroom with full bath/shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. A large sun terrace (10 sqm) with 2 sun beds, terrace table and chairs. The apartment has been newly renovated (Sept 2006) and is comfortable and peaceful. It enjoys afternoon sunshine in the winter, in the summer all day long. Nearby there are restaurants and shops and lovely walks. You can reach the nearest beach and the sea water swimming pool complex or the down town centre on a downhill walk which takes 10/15 minutes.

The studio apartment is located in La Paz, the residential area of Puerto de la Cruz beside the town's famous Botanical Gardens. This is a coastal town on the north coast of Tenerife with exotic black sand beaches, a splendid sea water swimming pool complex.and a charning town centre by the old fishing harbour. There are many beautiful parks and prommendaes: The Playa Jardin, a lovely seafront with well kept gardens and walkways overlookiing the beach, the very famous Loro Parque, the Taoro Park, the botanical gardens and the orchid gardens are not to be missed. There are excellent restaurants, a good local transport service to enable guests to visit the places of interest on the island: The nearby town of the La Orotava, the university city of La Laguna and the capital Santa Cruz where beautiful canarian architecture, historical buildings, museums, parks and gardens can be enjoyed. A visit to the Las Canadas National Park is a highlight in this subtropical paradise.

Lovely Bright Studio in excellent complex

We had a great holiday in this lovely studio flat. It is very bright with a high ceiling which gives it a spacious effect. The balcony is really nice with a great view, as per the picture. We received a lovely welcome from Veronica who provided a very nice welcome with chocolates, flowers, sparkling wine and other nice touches. We will definitely be back !

We have stayed many times during the last 18 months in this studio apartment, which is perfectly situated in a quiet complex with swimming pool and well maintained grounds. Good choice of supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby. Views to the sea and Mount Teide from the balcony. The apartment is well maintained and very clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone looking for a stress free and peaceful holiday.

Sehr schönes sauberers Apartament sehr ruhig und liebevoll eingerichtet .Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Teide, Botanischen Garten und den Atlantik.Schöne uneinsehbare Terasse und eine liebe Vermieterin Veronica.Die gesamten Anlage Tajinaste ist ein kleines Paradies.Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Monat März hier verbracht und das wird nicht das letzte mal sein!
