Living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, safety door. Located in the most attractive and pleasant district, near RER (regional metro) and urban metro n°1, very heart of Paris 10 to 15 minutes; "bois de Vincennes", floral park, all shops and facilities. Full equipment, ready to live in with induction cooker, mw oven, washing machine, HD flat TV set, high range furniture, desk table and all necessary appliances and utensils. Convivial, all residents happy. Rental rates Week (7 nights + days) 405 to 450 euros; week-end (or 2 nights + days) 144 to 160 euros; other durations on request; maxi duration 1 month. See you soon.
