The accommodation is surrounded by grounds (15,000 m2) with lawn with a swimming pool (6x12) with roman stairs equipped with table, chairs and lounge chairs under the shade of a pergola. Car park inside the property which is entirely fenced-in. Access to the property by means of 700 m of dirt track road in good condition. Horse riding near the villa.
