A private property with pretty provençal style villa and garden with a nice view on the hills and on an old provençal village. A nicely flowered garden among olive trees and cypress, with a ceramic pool to relax and enjoy summer in Provence. Beaches (Cannes and Mandelieu) are at 12km where most seashore activities are available. Several Golf courses available at 15 minutes drive Alp mountains are at 20km to enjoy unique hiking trails. Main shopping areas are at 5km in the city of Grasse.

The Villa is located on a hill with a nice open view on the mountains and on the old village of Auribeau. Cannes, Mandelieu and Theoule Beaches are at 12 km and the Alp Mountains are at 20 km. Main shopping areas are at 5 km. Local hiking trails are available at less than 5 minute drive along the Siagne river and on the hills with a large view on the surounding forest and on the seashore. Further unique trails in the Esterel red mountains at 20 minute drive with a diving view over the mediterranean sea
