The villa has 2 master bedrooms both with ensuites and 2 twin bedrooms one in a Finding Nemo theme. There is also a 3rd bathroom. Downstairs there is a large living area and separate dining area with a fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room for all your laundry needs. The property is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans for additional comfort and of course there is a covered patio and private screened pool and spa. The fully equipped modern kitchen has all the features you would expect i. e. oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all the utensils you will need. Outside, your own private swimming pool is enhanced with the addition of a Jacuzzi, and is fully screened with underwater lighting. Our villa is fully licensed and maintained to a high standard through our local agent who is English. The house has a fully monitored alarm system. Amenities include pool table, Fussball table and PS2 with games plus high speed wireless internet access for guests to use.

Our luxury two storey 4 bedroom villa is located in the community of Silver Creek, off Highway 27 and just 12 short minutes drive from Disney. Silver Creek is a quiet community but only minutes from the bustle of Highway 192 and just 2 minutes away there is a small mall with various shops and takeaways plus a brand new Walmart Super centre for all your shopping bargains. With easy access to Interstate 4 both coasts and Tampa are within 50-90 minutes drive so making easy day trips to Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach or Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast. All your dining needs are catered for with many restaurants within a few minutes drive. Sea World, Universal Islands of Adventure and all the shopping delights of International Drive are only an easy 30 minutes away.

Next to Disney--We'll Stay Nowhere Else!

This villa is lovely! Sadly, we just returned from an 11 day vacation and already miss this place. Two master suites were perfect. One for my grown daughter and one my husband and myself. Would be even more ideal for two families coming together! There were plenty of towels and linens and the kitchen was well appointed. Everything you'd need to prepare a simple meal is there and grills are available from the management company. Plus there is a grocery store and a Super Wal-Mart right around the corner. Love the washer and dryer! No more coming home from vacation with suitcases full of dirty clothes! And LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the pool and hot tub plus covered patio. Don't know how we've lived this long without them right outside our door! Visited Disney, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, plus Cocoa Beach. Just a few minutes from Disney and SeaWorld and extremely convenient to the highway for those longer trips. Plus Linda, the owner, is fabulous! Very helpful and quick to respond. She made the whole process very easy and worry-free. We can't imagine staying in a hotel for vacation anymore and when we return to Disney/Orlando, we will definitely look to stay at this property first.

Great Holiday!

Had a great family holiday at this lovely villa. Perfectly placed for the Orlando attractions and local shopping amenities, this villa is spacious, clean and very well equipped.

The pool and spa were the perfect places to unwind following a busy day at the parks.

This is an ideal villa for family holidays, we shall highly recommend to friends and family and hope to return again with our expanding family of grandchildren!

Thank you Linda for all your help with our booking and making sure everything was perfect for our stay.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Haus, die Parks sind alle schnell zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sind in 5 Min zu erreichen.

Der ideale Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der ganzen Attrakionen von Orlando!

Es wird nicht unser letzter Besuch in diesem Ferienhaus gewesen sein.

Ein Urlaub in diesem Haus ist einfach nur zu empfehlen. Es liegt nah zu den Parks von Disney und auch die Universal Studios sind schnell erreicht.
Das Haus selbst liegt in einer ruhigeren Gegend, Shoppingmöglichkeiten sind aber nicht weit davon unendlich vorhanden.
Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war problemlos und schnell.

Sofort wieder buchen

Ein sehr sauberes und wie auf den Bildern zu sehend schön eingerichtetes Haus. Alle Angaben stimmten voll überein, es gab nichts am Haus auszusetzen. Der Pool wurde 1x woche gereinigt und aufgefüllt.
Wir werden es in zwei oder drei Jahren noch einmal buchen.
Die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und zuvorkomment.
Ich kann es nur jeden wärmstens empfehlen.
Alle Freizeit- und Wasserparks sind mit dem Auto in maximal 25 min zu erreichen.
Ein großer Supermarkt ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Der Mexicaner Richtung Clermont ist super lecker und sehr günstig.
DANNY`S ist auch super, vor allem wenn man dort Früchstücken will.
Super Outlet Center in der nähe. Es gib so viel dort in der nähe zu erleben das man es nicht alles aufschreiben kann.
