Luxury villa with Pool in own secluded grounds. A new luxury villa in own private gardens with own 30' pool. Set in the hills above the picturesque old fishing town of Tavira with panoramic hill views. 5 minutes drive from the town centre and only 15 minutes from 4 glorious 18 hole golf courses. A truly magnificent property finished to an impeccable standard. 2 bedrooms are en-suite, large lounge and dining room, impressive kitchen. Roof top terrace as well as poolside terrace. The layout of the bedrooms is as follows: 2 x large ensuites one opening onto the rooftop terrace, 1 of these has a double bed and the other 2 singles. Bedroom 3 has a double leading out to Poolside Terrace and bedroom 4 has 2 stylish timber bunk beds, sleeping 4. The property is accessed from it's own grand private driveway with electric gates.

Heavenly - my dream house!

We just spent a week in the most beautiful home and town in the Algarve, Portugal. This house is more beautiful than the pictures show. The town of Tavira is gorgeous and quaint and perfect for sightseeing. The home and pool were perfect for a vacation and we didn't want to leave. Sue and Tracy were the perfect hosts who couldn't have been more helpful. We thought we had died and gone to heaven - that is how beautiful this place is. We spent our days basking in the sun and laying by the dolphin pool. What a fantastic place! Thanks Tracy and Sue!! See you again.

Home in the sun

Having just got back from 3 wonderful weeks staying at this villa we have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who loves peace and quite. There were 10 of us staying 6 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for everyone.Wonderful pool area well equipped kitchen superb beds and bedding fresh linen every week delivered to your door. Tracy and Sue were more than helpful answering any questions we had. Hypermarket 10 minutes away for all your shopping needs. Excellent barbeque area the sardines on the barbi were lovely. Yes we will return next year who knows we may make it 4 weeks!!!

Great for a relaxing family holiday

We are two families total 10 people and found it spacious and the pool was great, and not too cold either. The directions made it easy to find and the property was really clean and well-maintained. When the kettle broke they got another one sent straight round so customer service top class. I would recommend this property as the location is nice with views of the mountains, it is beautifully decorated with nice pics on the walls and comfortable beds. Tavira is pretty and the beaches are fine, Zoo Marine and Slide and Splash are great for kids. It was very hot at night to sleep but that is what you get for going in August! Outside there is some shade so you can relax by the pool when it is sunny. You need a car here to get to the supermarket and beaches as there is nothing much within walking distance of the villa. All in all a great week, enjoy!

A lot of space - great!

The description of the house, its facilities and its location matched the reality very well.
We were very well received and got a clean and prepared house, even though our arrival was a bit out of ideal timing.
We were 4 adults and 3 children in the house, and we had a lot of space for all our activities at the estate (swimming, sleeping, cooking, eating, storing food and drinks).
We played golf on three different nearby courses, stayed quite a lot at the beautiful Tavira beach and our favourite restaurant was “Brisa do Rio” in Tavira.
I can really recommend this house.

the big villa in little tavira

first time in the lower villa great!, pools the same as the top villa but you get it all day (top one around 5.00pm).all you need in a villa plus more ,like the alarm makes it more relaxing when you go out.spent two week in september and still had temps of 30 and only one day of rain (shopping time go to faro jumbos ,all in doors).will be back next year ady&shilr, john&sue.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
