Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

This recently renovated villa has new furnishings, carpet and decor. Walk right in and start your vacation. This preferred second floor unit with vaulted ceilings, makes this a bright and airy villa.

The open floor plan lets your family relax together while playing games, cooking, and watching TV. The large family room has all new furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa with a special air mattress, and an oversized club chair also provides a comfortable spot to watch the large color TV or just rest after an active day at Seabrook. This room also has glass sliders to a live oak shaded deck overlooking the ninth tee of the Ocean Winds Golf Course. When you’ve had enough “togetherness” you can retreat to the “library nook” or either of the two private bedrooms. Privacy abounds in this beautifully decorated, spacious Seabrook Island villa, yet only a short walk from the island's quiet sandy beaches and the club.

Each bedroom has a queen bed. You'll have to choose which one is the master: the 'golf' room over looking the links or the 'beach' room with attached bathroom.

There are beach chairs, towels, and toys in the villa for your traveling convenience.

The island amenities are second to none. Two championship golf courses, a tennis facility with world class clay courts, equestrian center (trail and beach rides), fine dining, fully-equipped fitness center, biking, nature trails, fishing, crabbing, and dolphin watching - mostly having fun and relaxing. All that is missing is you!

I discovered Seabrook when I took my oldest daughter to the Barrier Island Camp here at Camp St. Christopher. It is a beautiful relaxing island with fantastic beaches and wildlife. A very friendly and family orientated island. Close to Charleston with great shoppiong and dining choices - Seabrook has been a wonderful decision for my family.

Great Seabrook Villa

This villa is just as beautiful in person as it is depicted online, maybe even prettier. The guest bath is so cute (my friend's exclamation when she saw it)! Easy walk to beach. We stayed for a weekend, and decided to eat in on Saturday night because we loved the kitchen/dining area and deck so much we thought it a shame to not eat at least one meal there. We will definitely be back. Cannot say enough about how easy it is to deal with Tara in renting; she is extremely prompt in all of her replies and directions were perfect! Wonderful place of one or two couples to share a delightful Seabrook get-a-way!

My daughter and two of her friends shared this comfortable villla with me while attending an event in Charleston. We find Seabrook an attractive alternative to a hotel in the city. This time of year traffic is light and the road is lovely.

Tara is quick to respond and easy to work with. The place was wonderful, well-appointed and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery of Seabrook. We used the kitchen for some light cooking and had everything we needed. Very much looking forward to returning.

If you are looking for a 2 BR at Seabrook you can not top this one.

Tara, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. It is the perfect place for a weekend get-away or weeks of relaxing and enjoying the beach. You walk into this condo and you feel at home and safe. It is ready for you to enjoy. I was very surprised how easy it was for me to get up the stairs with my handicap. This was our first visit to Seabrooke and we loved it. It is so peaceful and clean. Loved seeing the wildlife and families enjoying time together. It was a perfect vacation and we will be back. Thank you for taking good care of us. You made it so easy with all your information and help. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Lovely Getaway

After a whirlwind drive across country from Arizona to the east coast to visit family and friends in one or two days stays, it was a delight to relax for five days at this lovely, well appointed condo. As promised, everything we needed was there -- along with lots of suggestions about places to see, things to do, and restaurant recommendations (of which there were plenty!). If you just want to lie back with a good book and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, relax on the beach, golf, bike, or swim, then you couldn't find a more perfect place. Seabrook is a lovely retreat for those fortunate enough to live there, and it was a joy to share a bit of this paradise for a way too short stay. We'd go back in a minute!
