Nearby the village of La Palud sur Verdon (2 km) but in the middle of nature, it combines isolation, quiet and a fast and convenient access to various shops and services available as well as the numerous activities offered. The presence of immediate neighbours all year but completely independent for the access as well as for the buildings aspect, provides a natural security.

  • The deposit required upon booking is 30 % of the rental price. The balance is due to be paid upon arrival, on the first day of the stay.

A 300 € security chek deposit is given by the guest and not endorsed by the owner except for damage caused to the house or property. The house is covered by an insurance policy allowing the lease to a third party. The guest must also have insurance. You must give to the owner an insurance certificate (it is free).


  • The rental week is from Saturday at 4 p.m (check-in day) to the next Saturday at 11.00 a.m. (check-out day). In 'high season' and 'mid season', the minimum rental period is one full week. In 'low season', lower rental periods can be considered.
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR300.00
