The 8 apartments are simply furnished in a local manner.
Distances: Montecchio with food shop 4 km, Camucia with shopping mall 10 km, Lake Trasimeno and Cortona approx. 15 km, Arezzo 30 km. Horse-back riding facilities nearby.
At guests' disposal: large garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, fenced swimming-pool (7 x 14 m – maximum depth 1,9 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), table tennis, volley-ball ground, playground for children and tennis court to be shared with the guests staying at the house Quiete (400 m away). All of the apartments are provided with satellite TV, mosquito nets, safe and a terrace or a covered veranda. Shared washing machine (€ 2,-/per washing). Covered parking within the grounds.
Extra services: A large common room with kitchen and nice fireplace is available by arrangement (to be paid extra on the spot).
On request it is possible to hire a baby bed (€ 20- / per week) and an extra bed (€ 30,- / per week), payment on the spot. Breakfast available upon request (breakfast Basket at € 5,- per person/per day). Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 26,- / per week (payment on the spot).
