The house, of recent construction in the spirit of the area, spacious and very luminous, will seduce you with the height of its ceiling and its high central beam, the cosy comfort and the charm of the decoration, with all the advantages of a quality and new equipment. Practical, at street level with the covered terrace which has direct view to the garden, free view to our planted estate with hundred-years-old trees, the swimming pool, its lay-by and the pool house, the grove and the kitchen garden, and in our property in the distance, farmhouse of the 19th century entirely refurbished. Authenticity, peace, wide-open spaces: happiness is in the meadow with all the shops nearby.

We are situated on the bounderies of the Lot and Quercy Valley. Our property borders the Dordogne the Landes, the Lot, the Gers, the Tarn and the Garonne river... If you want to visit the medieval country houses (Penne d'Agenais, Monpazier, Pujols, Monflanquin, Villeneuve sur Lot), they are within easy reach. If you want to taste our gastronomy: Foie Gras Museum, Prune Museum, gastronomy markets, vineyard road (Bergerac, Cahors, Duras, Buzet, Floc de Gascogne...). If you want to visit the magnificent Bonaguil Castle 5 km away and medieval festivals on the surroundings. For the younger and the elder: Parc en Ciel, Walibi, canoe, barge on the Lot, hiking or biking the Prehistoric Museum, Mills, Then think about going to Saint-Cyrq la Popie, Sarlat, Domme, Rocamadour..... You don't have the right to get bored.

The American style kitchen and all the fittings (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, vaccum cleaner, coffe machine, toaster, clotheshorse,...) The open terrace, has garden furniture(table and chairs); the swimming pool 12 x 5m is completely secure and homologous (with automatic gate) is to be shared. Nearby, the pool house has an Italian style shower and a WC. Its covered terrace is equipped with small garden furniture. Sunbathing loungers next to the swimming pool are available.
