Chamonix Vacation Rental apartment: Chamonix Mont Blanc

Situated in the heart of chamonix surrounded by 1300m2 of private garden, our old coachhouse has been recently renovated to the highest standard to provide luxury accommodation for 8 people. Our stunning terrace apartment occupies two floors of an old coach house in Chamonix. The apartment is a massive 140m2 with floor to ceiling doors onto a large decked terrace, wood floors and a huge open planned contemporary living space that comfortably accommodates 8 people. From the terrace there are fabulous views of the Mont-Blanc range. Newly renovated this season, the apartment is stylishly furnished and has all the modern gadgets one would associate with a property of this quality. There is satellite flat screen TV, a DVD player and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped a large fridge freezer with ice machine and bar area. There are 4 bedrooms, two twins and two doubles and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en suite. We would recommend up to a maximum of 8 people. Catering can be organised on request. The apartment is currently being furnished and pictures will be available in a couple of weeks. Please find attached a map with the location of the coach house indicated. The property is a beautiful coach house set amongst approximately 1300sqm of gardens in the centre of Chamonix. From the front gates a tree lined drive takes you to the coach house itself and private covered parking for all of our guests. With only about 250m to walk to get to the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, our property is one of few with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the centre of town. In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQ, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aguille du Midi in the back ground. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. In winter, the main ski bus stop is two minutes walk away.
