This apartment is located in a quiet part of Venice, near Campo Bandiera e Moro in Castello, just behind Riva degli Schiavoni, a few minutes from San Marco square. It is located in the second floor of a traditional sixteenth century Venetian house; it has been the atelier of a painter for many years, due to its particular lighting conditions. The living room and kitchen face a pleasant garden and are exposed to light and air; this is also due to very large sky windows located on the roof. The apartment has a closed bedroom with a double bed and a living room which can be isolated with a curtain with a double sofa bed. The apartment is about 5 minutes walking distance from San Marco square and about 15 minutes from the Biennale Gardens; just a few steps and one reaches the waterfront on the San Marco Basin. The apartment can be reached by public transport boats n°1 and n°51 from the train station and Piazzale Roma, ?San Zaccaria? stop.
