Charming share of an independent Tuscan villa rental affording extensive views over the surrounding landscape. The villa rental, offering tastefully furnished interiors, is quietly situated in a short distance from the lovely Tuscan town of Cortona (15 km).
Distances: food shops 3 km, Foiano della Chiana with all kinds of shops and golf course 10 km, Castiglion del Lago (Lake Trasimeno) with equipped beaches 18 km, Montepulciano 22 km, the Etruscan town Chiusi 25 km, Pienza 34 km, Siena is within 50 km. Horse-back riding facilities, a tennis court and a covered swimming pool are within 10 km, S. Albino with spas 20 km. A country-side road passes 50 from the villa away. The access to the villa rental is via an asphalted road.
At guests' disposal: large private garden equipped with tables, chairs, sun-beds and table-tennis, swimming pool (5 x 10 m - maximum depth 1,5 m - open from 01/04 to 31/10) set in panoramic location, beautiful Jacuzzi tub, large gazebo with some sofas, panoramic terrace furnished with tables and chairs, bread-oven and barbecue. Gym equipment at guests’ disposal. Mountain bikes for rent (payment on the spot). Wireless internet available free of charge.

This villa is located only 200 m from Villa Limoni away and renting the 2 houses together, it is possible to obtain a property sleeping 20-23 people.
