The apartment is ideally located on one of the main avenues of Rota and only 1 minute walk afar from the beach! It is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. This apartment is ideal for a perfect vacation for 4- 5 persons; with 2 bedrooms (bedding: 1 Double bed, 2 Single beds, 1 sofa bed), an independent kitchen, a living-dining room, 1 bathroom, and a private terrace. The apartment is completely furnished with everything you need to feel at home. Sheets and towels are included, a 21'TV, cooking stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, bath tub, outdoor furniture, deck chair, parasol, an electric iron, an ironing board, a fan, a heating, a washing machine and a Garage is optional.

Rota is a beach town located 30 km from Jerez de la Frontera. The nearest airport is in Jerez (Ryanair, Air Berlin Hapag Lloyd). You can take a taxi directly to Rota (30 minutes). You can also go there by car, taking the N-IV to Jerez and there take the local road to Rota. The airport in Sevilla is 130 km away (90 minutes to drive). The location of the apartment is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. In Rota you can enjoy not only the beach but various activities.

This apartment is in a great location - very quiet, yet a just couple of minutes' walk from the centre of town and all restaurants, etc. Its also just a 2 minute walk from the beach. The owner was there to meet us on arrival and spoke excellent English. She was very helpful and the apartment was clean and tidy.

A couple of things would need to be addressed by the owner, such as broken deckchairs cluttering up the patio need to be thrown out, and a safety bath mat needs to be put in the very slippery shower area.

Overall though we had a very happy stay here and we'd definitely like to return to this apartment again! ;o)
