The ancient home made by stones and recently completely renovated, is wonderful for relaxing and restful holidays. If you like sports, the place is wonderful for biking, trekking, running, near golf courses and riding ground and much more. Parma town at 20 minutes drive, the seaside is just 50 minutes drive, the main Italian lakes less than hour what more? The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge kitchen with wood oven (excellent for pizza!), 2 dining and living rooms with fire places, bar area, large and livable mansard excellent for children’s play and a very large garden with barbeque.

Parma is the European capital of the food - this is self speaking. We can arrange for you excellent meals and customized cooking lessons. The kitchen is actually huge and aimed to this with also the wood oven! Besides, the nature around is wonderful and around Parma there are a lot of villages, museums, castles, ham & cheese factories. The seaside and Alps are at a very reasonable driving distance ... what else? See you soon!
