The Manoir is to be let by the week. Nevertheless, you could let it for week-ends and for a few days with a minimum of two days during the period from the 1st of September to the 30th of June. The tenant are expected to arrive from 4.00 pm and must leave the premises at 10.00 for the latest the day of their departure except for the short stays when they can stay until 6.00 pm. The electric meter is to be read at the time of their arrival and departure.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Charges are extra
  • Damage deposit : 300 €
  • Reservation deposit : 50% of the rental price.
  • The Manoir is to be let by the week. Nevertheless, you could let it for week-ends and for a few days during the period from the 1st of September to the 30th of June. The prices for the weeks is of euros 700.00 for the period from the 1st of September to the 31st of June. The price for the WE is of euros 400.00 and the extra days are calculated in proportion to the number of days left. Theses prices include the sheets and towels for ten persons and the tea towels. The cleaning after departure is of euros 70.00 and the electricity is extra. To secure the booking I am asking for a deposit of 50 of the rent and I need a caution (guarantee) of euros 300.00 in cash. The balance along with the cleaning and the caution are to be paid the day of the arrival.

There are two small en suite bedrooms, one with a baby bed and one with a child bed. On the second floor there are one big bedroom with four single beds. All bedrooms have at least a piece of antique fourniture.

Notes: There is a TV in the sitting room and a the kitchen is fully equiped with a microwaves oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, fridge, electric kettle... There is a terrasse looking on the view with woodden table and chairs and there are also deck chairs. The children could also enjoy the swing in the garden. There is also a parasol and a barbecue.
