Located on the West hills of Nice, on the 7th floor with lift, 2 rooms and high standard amenities for up to 4 persons. 10 minutes from the sea and the town centre. All the rooms open onto a large terrace. There, you will be able to relax on the sun loungers, on the sofa, or simply to look at the Mediterranean Sea. The sofa-beds of the living have plenty of cushions and invite you to relax in front of a large TV screen. The dining area with its round table and its leather chairs will allow you to have wonderful meals. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a romantic style with its net curtains and small lights. The apartment has: a bathroom with a tub, separated WC and a lot of storage space. During summer, you will enjoy the pool of the residence. Locked garage for a large car. The residence is very quiet, secured and surrounded by greenery. Perfect to rest and visit.

Balance is due upon arrival during the low season and 2 weeks prior during the high season (July and August). A 500 Euro security deposit (cheque, cash or bank card information) will be required upon arrival and refunded after inspection at the end of the stay.
