Our village is located directly on the seafront and the houses we rent are just in the front row. The village is composed by one floor residences, surrounded by green, and each one has an equipped patio. San Teodoro is very close and reachable by foot. The village is a peaceful hideaway surrounded by green, making it an ideal place if you are looking for quiet and relax. At the same time, it provides great leisure and entertainment opportunities, since the San Teodoro area is renowned for its exciting nightlife, offering the best bars and clubs in the North-East of Sardinia. Just in front of the village is an equipped beach with sun umbrellas and sun beds. We offer two different types of villas: a two room villa with 4 beds and 1 bathroom and a three room villa with 6 beds and 2 bathrooms. They are fully furnished and equipped except than linen and towels.

Our holiday village, located directly on the seafront (150 mt) and at around 800 mt from San Teodoro, is a peaceful hideaway surrounded by green, making it an ideal place if you are looking for quiet and relax. At the same time, it provides great leisure and entertainment opportunities, since the San Teodoro area is renowned for its exciting nightlife, offering the best bars and clubs in the North-East of Sardinia. There is also the possibility to play golf, scuba dive in the enchanted archipelago, plan wonderful excursions in the inland, by foot or by horse, surrounded by the traditional secular cork oaks.

  • For reservations regarding the months of May, June and September 2008 price will be reduced by 20 %.
    For the month of July 2008 special discount of 10%.
