This single storey villa is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. The stylish, open plan living area has two comfortable leather sofas, TV with English channels, DVD/CD home cinema system with a selection of films for children and adults to enjoy. It has a light, peaceful feel with good quality furnishing including a solid oak dining table with chairs. The independent modern kitchen is extremely well equipped including oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The villa has three attractive, bright, spacious bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a 5 foot double bed, and a fully tiled en-suite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds and a full family bathroom. Patio doors from the living room lead to the garden with large private heated swimming pool. Outside dining furniture, Weber BBQ and quality sun loungers are provided. Exterior steps lead to an amazing roof terrace with views to sea and mountains.

The villa is situated on the exclusive Golf Course at Caleta de Fuste, home to the 2004 Spanish Open. Caleta de Fuste is a bustling beach resort with bars, restaurants and shops. It has a wide sandy beach, perfect for children. The town boasts a picturesque marina with various excursions and water sports. The villa is just 10 minutes walk or a few minutes drive from the Atlantico shopping centre which has a supermarket, bank and a number of select boutiques as well as a cinema and bowling alley. Just 10 minutes walk away from the villa are two lagoon beaches, with fine golden sand and safe swimming. A stylish restaurant and bar is situated between the beaches. Five minutes drive away is the beach at Caleta de Fuste and to the north of the Island, about 30 minutes by car there are the wide golden sandy beaches south of Corralejo for windsurfing and kite-boarding. South of the Island, about 40 minutes drive are the breathtaking beaches at Jandia- truly amazing.
