Apartments are newly decorated . The garden has a covered terrace and open patios with outdoor BBQ and a fantastic swimming pool. The garden apartments are ideal for families with children or friends who want to holiday together,have their own space and private swimming pool. Both apartments are completely self contained and safe.Ideally situated as only a short drive into town and the beach, yet in a quiet area to chill out away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the resort. Numerous restaurants and bars to choose from to suit every taste and pocket plus the usual markets, attractions and nightlife. Great for golfers as 18 top golf courses within easy driving distance. The apartment is newly decorated, equipped for 5 people and has two bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with three single beds - there is a 25% surcharge for the fifth person)room an American kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, electric toaster & steam iron leading into the lounge with white leather sofa and chair by a breakfast bar with 4 high stools. The lounge area has satellite television with Free to View T.V. Channels, books and radio .The bathroom has a shower, full bath,W.C. and bidet. Sheets are supplied. Please bring your own towells. The apartment is set in garden of the villa which has both open and covered terraces,outside dining areas , a great large BBQ and a fantastic swimming pool .There is ample parking outside the villa for your car.The garden and swimming pool are for the sole use of the guests I am available each day between 2.00.p.m. and 3.00.p,m.

The ground floor apartments are located in the garden of our detached villa in Mijas Costa just a few minutes drive from the town of Fuengirola with it's lovely Marina , beautiful long sandy beaches,aquapark, shops, banks,new shopping centre, bars,Hospital, restaurants and nightlife and 15 mins drive from the white village of Mijas with breathtaking views of the coast, Morocco and Gibralter.The N340 motorway is reached in a few minutes, taking you to Malaga in one direction with the famous Picasso museum, Cathedral and many tourist attractions and Marbella and Puerto Banus in the other with it's Yaghts, stars and celebrities .Visit The White Village of Frigliana and the Caves in Nerja -See The Ancient Towns of Monda and Ronda. Fuengirola has the biggest street market on the Costa Del Sol. Over twenty Golf Courses are within easy driving distance from the villa.Whatever you want to do on your holiday - you will find it here, young or old you will not be disappointed with this location

Additional information about rental rates

  • 20% deposit required on booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. 25% surcharge for the 5th person sharing the apartment. A £150 security deposit is required with final balance payment and will be returned to you- minus any charges for breakages and / or accidental damage within 7 days of your return. (It is also possible to pay in Euros). Arrivals between 3.00pm and 8.00.p.m. - Parties arriving after 8.00.p.m. have a surcharge of £35 per apartment Departures before 10.00.a.m. ( sometimes later departures are possible- there will be a surcharge of one day's rental per apartment if it is possible). For apartments booked with less than 6 weeks before departure - the whole amount is payable on booking.
    PLEASE ASK FOR WEEKLY RATES BETWEEN NOVEMBER AND MARCH .
  • For bookings of two weeks duration there is a discount of 5% on the second week.
    These discounts are for bookings between October and May only and exclude Xmas , New Year and Winter Special packages - PLease inquire for weekly rates during the Winter Special Period -
    *** Please ask for a quote for bookings of over two weeks duration *** I will try my best to accommodate a flexible date with arrivals / changeover - usually this is only possible outside of July and August when the changeover is a Saturday or Sunday.
  • Cot hire is available at £15 per week - (own cot is not permitted) - High chair to hire at £10 per week -

    £30 per apartment is retained from your security deposit to cover the cleaning and laundry charges - if it is necessary fior the cleaner to spend more than 2 hours cleaning each apartment you will be charged £10 per hour extra .

Notes: The garden is completely safe for children as the gates are always locked and you have te keys. Smoking is permitted in the garden. - Sheets are supplied but please bring your own towells The covered pool terrace has cane lounge furniture and an outside fridge to keep your drinks chilled by the pool. There is an outside shower by the pool and an outside WC so you don't have to go into the apartment with wet feet!.(can be dangerous). There are also outside dining tables for eating AL fresco in the garden and a large BBQ area. Sun loungers / chairs are in the garden for the use of all guests. we had a wonderful time in spain! we were a group of six twentyish people and we had no car but we managed perfectly.
the owners of the villa were always very helpful with everything, from how and where to go to getting the groceries from the town...
the garden was very nice and tidy, and the pool was awesome.
the area was peaceful and felt safe, especially with the owners living upstairs.
we highly recommend a holiday in this villa!

The owners are very welcoming and helpful and the apartments in a wonderful, peaceful location which is ideal for families.

We stayed with another family occupying both appts and had a great time. We found the description accurate and found the property to be clean and well-maintained in a quiet and safe location which we found ideal for sight seeing, being within easy distance of the motorway. Also we found the location very good for access into the main town - Fuengirola. The restaurants within walking distance we found to be good - El Puerto?? and Las Lilas?? and it was extremely handy having these within walking distance when we didn't want to take a taxi into town.

The owners (Eunice and Laurie) who live above the two appts were extremely helpful and I cannot fault them. They went out of their way to assist us, were very friendly and were able to pass onto us local knowledge as and when we asked as to where to eat and where/what to go and see and the best time to go.

Places we went to see apart from the main town were - Mijas: very nice, Ronda: beautiful and great views when driving to Ronda, Gibraltar: rock worth a visit but apart from that found it to be a concrete jungle and would only go back there for the cheap drink and cigarettes, Benalmadena: nice spanish town and did the cable car ride.

Nice days in Spain

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Mijas Costa. Villa was really good for us travelling with 5 children. Both apartments were really clean and the pool was marvelous. Two families get own apartment, but still we were together. We got very good tips were to visit from the owner. Golf courses were very near and there were very good restaurant in walking distance. I recommend this Villa for families with children!

Fantastic & Peaceful

We had a fantastic stay hear. I took my mum for a break and it was perfect,comfortable apartment, lovely setting and peaceful. Friendly and helpful owners and a great place location. Car is a advisable. Would definately return.
