Casa OLIVO of 100m2 has been completely restored, has its own swimming pool 8 x 4 m gradually decreasing. It can accommodate 7 people in the middle of a beautiful orchard, private forest, olive trees of 8800 m2. From the roof terrace, there are magnificent views of the sea and mountains. The garden of the house is enclosed. The three sleeping rooms are spacious. You are looking for peace, space and a large swimming pool? That's what Casa Olivo can offer you. And .. Dogs are also welcome.

The distance from the beach is 3 km. The village of El Perelló is about 3 km from the house. It is a lively town where you will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, a pool and bodegas (wine cellars). The village lies between the sea baths fishing villages L'Ampolla and L'Amettla de Mar (6 km). Here you will find large and small beaches, a fishing port, discothèques and a lot of nice stores.

Casa Olivo will appeal to anyone looking for a holiday rental in a quiet, rural setting. The journey up a single track road is rewarded with a villa in a beautiful location. The view from the rear of the property over olive groves and hillsides down to the delta is wonderful. The rear of the villa is totally private and the swimming pool even larger than it looks in the photographs. Inside, the villa is well-equipped with both shower and separate bathroom and plenty of bedroom furniture; outside, there are a variety of seating areas so that guests can enjoy the views while, if preferred, sitting in the shade. All shopping needs can be met in El Perello from a supermarket to butchers, and local fruit and vegetable shops selling very local produce to cafes with delicious cakes and freshly baked bread. For relaxation in peaceful surroundings and for anyone wanting to get-away-from-it-all on holiday, Casa Olivo certainly ticks all the boxes.
