EXCELLENT THREE BEDROOM DUPLEX APARTMENT OVERLOOKING THE GOLF COURSE AND MOUNT TEIDE. This 3 bdroom apartment can be let as a one/two/three bed depending on numbers of people. It has excellent kitchen facilities including cooker,hob,microwave,washing machine etc. The lounge area is very spacious with leather couches and flat screen TV (UK) and DVD, dining area. The terrace has ample room for sunbathing and barbeque facilities. All three bedrooms are extremely comfortable and come with their own bathrooms (recently refurbished). All rooms have ceiling fans and are very cool. The complex has a spanish theme. There is excellent eating facilities at the Palms restuarant and pool bar. There is also a supermarket and car hire facilities on site. For those ladies who want to relax there is a beauty salon. There is a marine 10 minutes away. For the men Amerilla Golf Club is 5 minutes away and there are other gold clubs on the island.

The apartment has satellite T.V. offering BBC1/2, ITV 1 and News and Sports channels. Close to all amenities, sea and new marina. Ten minutes walk to Golf del Sur and the shopping area of San Blas. Los Christianos and Play del las Americas are both a short car ride away. Lots to do for everyone, an ideal facility for a golfing holiday with various golf courses in close proximity.

The local area: The apartment is set in the relaxing area of Amerilla Golf. There are three 18 hole golf courses in the vicinity. Excellent restaurants and local bars are within walking distance, and the new Marina has excellent facilities. There is a local supermarket, hairdressers and beauty shop on site. The local Sports Bar covers all sporting events on its large screen TV. Amerialla Golf Club is approximately 10 minutes away with entertainment on certain evenings and an excellent menu. There are lots of trips, excursions and things to do. These include Whale / Dolphin Boat trips, Mount Teide Volcano trip. Various shows including Medieval Night and Tropicana Show. Water sports are on offer including scuba diving, jet skiing etc.

The apartment: The apartment is a duplex style, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom. with a large terrace overlooking the golf course. There is a large heated communal swimming pool on the complex with a life guard. Recently refurbished to include new fridge/freezer. microwave oven and barbeque. Mid week towel change and linen change are included in the price. TV has UK channels and a Video player. All rooms have ceiling fans keeping the apartment nice and cool. A new safe has been fitted for your use.

Golf information: Amerilla is an 18 hole championship course, the apartment overlooks the 9th hole. Its a excellent course with some parts of it overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Club facilities include : Club House, trolley and buggy hire, tuition, driving range, putting green and a pitch & putt course. A well stocked Golf Shop and friendly Club House offering excellent food. The Golf Club expects patrons to provide details of their handicap before they play. Other courses include : Golf del Sur (10 minutes walk), Las Americas - (15 minute car ride), Adeje - (25 minute car ride). Real Club De Tenerife, Los Palos (Par 3) and Las Roseleda (Par 3).

Other Activities: Bars & restaurants with entertainment, Night Clubs, Shows, Aqua Park, Zoo Parks + usual resort facilities.

Our summer family holiday at the Fairways '09.

Our family of 2 adults and 4 children have recently returned from a fabulous 3-week stay on this very family friendly complex. It was so enjoyable for everyone. Even before we jetted off, we were very impressed with the level of attention to detail we received-totally professional and informative. The location is perfect in that you're only minutes from the airport yet in the middle of peaceful golfcourses. There's plenty of activity on the campus for the children, pool/table tennis (in the shade)/ table football/ small playground and the staff couldn't be more helpful and pleasant. Lots of eateries on site and immediately beyond the discreetly gated entrances, small shops and bus/taxi facilities/exciting day trips ready to entice all added up to success for us. The apartment itself was the last word, home from home, the generous proportions, the balcony and views, the 3 bathrooms at our disposal, the attention to all the fitting and kitting the kitchen and if we needed it the contact numbers of a full time manager if anything went awry. We were treated to ample fresh sheets/towels weekly. We hope to return next summer, displaying our wholehearted endorsement of the Fairways.
