Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the lake outside our screened lanai that encloses a heated jacuzzi and pool. You may wish to prepare a meal from the outdoor kitchen and entertain. Should you desire to eat out, restaurants and shopping are minutes away on Marco Island, locally or Downtown Naples. White sandy beaches, fishing, boating, biking, tennis and of course, golf are nearby. Our house is across the street from the 16th green of Mustang. The Lee Trevino Mustang and the Robert Trent Jones Flamingo golf courses are within 5 minutes of the house and we provide discounted golf on both courses. A beautiful clubhouse with extensive activities awaits you.

The Players Club and Spa opened in April, 2005. The 20,000 square foot facility provides a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa with massage, steam and sauna, resort-style lagoon pool, waterfall and lap pool, Tiki bar for lunch and "afternoon refreshers", seven court tennis center with pro-shop, and social and multi-purpose rooms for entertaining, billiards and big screen TV, movie nights in the little theatre complete with popcorn. Breakfast and lunch as well as "wonderful" Sunday Brunch are served at the Players Club. Many diverse activites await at the Players for man, woman and child.

HOME DESCRIPTION: The 4133 square foot property has three bedrooms, study/office, dining room, spacious eat-in kitchen with all the amenities, 14 foot vaulted art-painted ceilings, great room, lanai, heated jacuzzi and pool, three baths(Master bath is oversized with his and her double vanities,open shower and soaker tub), three car garage and laundry room. Why The Owner chose Lely

We love the proximity to Marco Island, and the downtown of Naples alike. Both are unique on their own and offer great beaches, restaurants and shopping.

What makes this house unique

We love getting up in the morning and enjoying the tranquility of sitting on the lania, looking out at the calming lake and enjoying that first coffee of the morning (we are morning people, as well as night people)and breakfast. In the evening, watching the sunset with a glass of wine is a nice way to end the day (and get the evening started in many cases). We have the kitchen supplied with just about anything you would want or need, so cooking dinner is a pleasure and convenient, having the outdoor kitchen so accessible. In general, we just love everything about Lely and what it has to offer.
