Sleeps 8/10. 4 bedroom large villa with private fresh water pool set in quiet scenic location of Alonissos. The sleepy Greek Island of Alonissos is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Alonissos Villas offers luxury accommodation for groups and families looking to enjoy the best of the Greek Islands. The villa is ideally situated and finished to a high standard with excellent facilities throughout. Centrally located 2.5km from nearest town. 1000m from nearest beach. Fully fitted kitchen, with modern appliances, dining room, lounge, fresh water swimming pool. Bedrooms: Double en-suite bedroom. 2 Spacious double bedrooms. Smaller bedroom with 2 bunk beds. (ideally suited for children). 2 bathrooms, includes one en-suite. 1 washroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, including cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. Adjacent the dining room is a and separate living room, both areas have access via French windows onto the terrace

There are several amazing beaches, all of which are within walking distance, making this villa’s location one of very few with such a fine choice of perhaps the best beaches on the Island. Tzortzi Ghialos beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Just a little further around the headland from the Villa, Leftos Ghialos is a beautiful little cove with a light coloured sand and shingle beach, surrounded by the scented pine clad hillsides. Two tavernas open throughout the summer offering food and refreshments. The Old Town or Chora, just 6Km, oozes charm and character has many high quality restaurants and tavernas, with its whitewashed houses picturesque squares and stunning vistas at anytime of the day. The enchanting little fishing village of Steni Vala is approximately 4Km from the Villa. The inlet is a popular destination and mooring point for sailing yachts and the local fishing caiques. With a number of quality tavernas offering excellent seafood dishes caught by the owners.

Notes: On entering the villa, one is instantly aware of the quality of finish and standards of Architectural design. This brand new villa of 200sqm is well laid out with the attractive entrance on the first floor. After the entrance lobby, here you will find two spacious double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with two bunk beds a large bathroom with a full size bath and shower, sink and toilet. The two double bedrooms have direct access onto a large first floor balcony/terrace half of which is covered with a wooden pergola. The balcony offers up the exquisite views of the Tzortzi Ghialos bay and beach. There are external stairs offering a convenient way down to the lower terrace and swimming pool. On the ground floor there is toilet/wash room. One further double en-suite bedroom, with French windows onto its own private side terrace. Further on we enter the dining room and separate living room, both areas have access via French windows onto the large terrace.

Services: Cleaning service and linen change 2 times a week. Extra cleaning service and linen change on request at extra cost. Towels are for use within the Villa and not to be used around the pool or Beach. Additional charges for baby cots or high chairs, (15Euros each per stay). Damage Deposit: € 250 Clients will be met on arrival at Patitiri port and given driving instructions to the villa as well as a welcome letter including telephone numbers to office/representatives. The villa has a house book containing detailed information on the villa as well as the closest shops, restaurants and beaches. For those who prefer an escorted transfer to their villa, this can be arranged only in advance for an extra charge of €50.00 per arrival. Please also note that a mandatory escorted transfer including a €50.00 fee, applies to all arrivals from 19:00 or later. These fees are for arrival transfers only.
