This is a newly built sea view villa, lavishly furnished with a 5X12 meters swimming pool. The garden with its facilities is very big and one of the best in the resort featuring 2 kiosks. One for BBQ and the other for relaxing.

Aphrotite Hills is considered the best Tourist Resort in Cyprus. Aphrodite Hills 18 - hole championship golf course caters for golfers of all abilities. For non golfers there is a wide range of leisure activities on offer. It is located in an area between the towns of Limassol and Paphos. The name is taken from the birthplace of the ancient goddess of beauty Aphrodite. Legend says it was born on the shore line in front of the resort.

The property is located in the best holiday resort in Cyprus. The golf club and restaurant will cater for your needs. There are also other shops and restaurants. Intercontinental Hotel (5 star) is part of the resort. For night life Limassol town is 25 minutes drive and Paphos 20 minutes.

I stayed in this villa with my family last summer as I was getting married in Cyprus. The villa owner was marvelous both during the stay and during all the communications before. I had told him it was my husband's birthday whilst we were in Cyprus and when we arrived there was a birthday cake in the fridge - A1 customer service!!
The villa itself is gorgeous, all rooms have en-suites and decorated nicely. The outdoor seating areas allow guests to experience Cyprus at its best - eating & chatting outside with family and friends. Plus the outdoor bbq gives the men something to stand around and talk about.
As there was a large group of us on the island lots of people visited the villa and everyone of them were jealous of our gorgeous villa - and in many cases they had paid more for their villa than we had for ours!!!
I would stay there every year given the opportunity and I would encourage anyone wanting to have a wonderful relaxing holiday in a wonderful villa to stop hesitating and book now!!

Fabulous Villa

The villa was beautiful - just as described. Garden was lovely - a huge space for our kids to play in, pool warmed by the sun all day. Outside living areas brilliant - super BBQ and seating areas - we ate outside all the time. Interior of villa immaculate, well equipped and air conditioned. Commnuication from the owner was really good - he was willing to help with all aspects of our holiday not just booking accomodation but offered hep with transfers and car hire. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone - hope to return ourselves at some point in the future.

Brilliant

The property was everything we wished for. It is in a great location, with easy access to golf and restaurants and also the beautiful nature trail that runs through the complex.
The villa is spacious and has a good layout. The pool is lovely and the outside eating area is amazing.
All in all a great holiday venue which we love to keep to ourselves.

very good location with hotel, clubhouse, restaurants and pool within easy walking distance.
quiet traffic free location but easy to get to coast road for beaches/sites etc
very safe and secure for kids
