Brand new luxury apartment in fabulous new complex in Los Cristianos, furnished throughout to a high standard. It consists of a large lounge area including a pull -out sofa, dining area with table and six chairs, TV, DVD player and Hi Fi system. There is a fully fitted kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, there is a twin bedded room and a second bathroom with a shower compartment. There is an extra large balcony with a table and chairs, there are also sunbeds as the balcony attracts the sun from around lunchtime to sunset with views overlooking the sea and Los Cristianos.

This complex has fabulous views over the town of Los Cristianos and the Harbour. The Dinastia is situated in the exclusive Oasis Del Sur area of Los Cristianos and is within easy walking distance of the seafront where you can walk along the 5km promenade to Las Americas. Los Cristianos is an ideal destination for families and couples of all ages who appreciate the wonderful all year round climate which rarely drops below 70F. There are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and cafes all nearby. A short stroll will take you into Los Cristianos where there are more restaurants and bars. The complex is ideal for people who like a quieter location but are still within easy reach of the nightlife if required.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices for Christmas and New Year available on request. An additional £25 per guest is payable if there are more than 4 guests. Payment terms: £100 per week non-refundable deposit payable immediately, the balance becoming due 8 weeks prior to departure, please note that a £150 security/breakage deposit is payable with the final balance. Full payment is required for all bookings made within 6 weeks of departure. A key for your apartment will be sent to you with information 3 weeks before your departure. We have an experienced British Management company clean and maintain our apartment.

Notes: The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, the American style kitchen includes everything required for your stay, including a kettle, toaster, microwave and two stools adjacent to the breakfast bar, there is also a safe for your personal belongings. An iron and ironing board are there for your use if required, there are CDs and DVDs for your use. All towels and linen are provided.

Holiday for 6 in Dinastia complex Los Cristianos

The Apartment was true to the description given , rate it as 5 star. Its position was just what we wanted , same level as pool no need for us to use stairs or lift for pool. Facilities in apartment were excellent ,all needs catered for . Ceiling fans in bedrooms great as weather was hot. Pool excellent just like having a warm bath. Down side to pool area not enough sunbeds , mattresses or parasols , although we did not suffer ( due to apartment location ) many others did. Note there is a 4 euro charge levied by Pool staff for sunbed + mattress + parasol
The week we were there seemed very full , both owners and guests like us, some owners seemed to adopt a them and us syndrome , did not bother me or my family we gave as good as we got, did not spoil our holiday or our excellent opinion of the apartment and complex.Spar and other supermarkets within minutes walking distance as were many bars and restaurantants.Nearest sandy beach 15-20minute walk .
My comment to the owners your apartment sleeps 6 very comfortably my family had a memorable holiday and we thank you for the use of your excellent apartment .
