The home was very nice, clean and tidy. The double room could have done with a ceiling fan which would have helped as the ac was playing up when we first arrived but this was quickly repaired. Would recommend this villa to our friends and will certainly book again in the future.

fabulous villa,brilliant location clean and tidy great pool,rooms spacious very well furnished,only downside no cot,no highchair.but still had a fab time.very close to old town plenty shops,plenty restaurants and takeaways.would definitely use this property again,would also recommend this to anyone looking for a great villa in a great location.

Villa at Indian Ridge May 2010

Just returned from a week in this villa which was fantastic, what a wonderful veiw to wake upto each morning, in a lovely peaceful area. The villa was clean and extremely well equiped with plenty of crokery, bedding, towels etc. The pool was great to both swim and relax in and the sun rose over the lake and bathed the pool area until it set. When it was very hot the pool lanai was a great place to sit and read in the shade, or if we got bored there were games and books in the garage that we could use. Being so close to the theme parks we were able to go to them in the mornings, return to the Villa in the heat of the day for a swim and a snack and return to the parks in the evening. Plenty of Restaurant a short drive away and Wallmart was within walking distance. The villa was exactly as described and the photos on the website were an acurate representation of thw villa. Would definately stay here again and will recommend it to friends

having been to florida a number of occations this was by far the best location...the decor in the villa is a bit dated but very clean and tidy...the customer service was next to none...having been there for a couple of days the air con unit packed in....there was a welcome brochure with all the emergency numbers and who to contact...i phoned the next day and within an hour of calling there was an engineer there to fix it....for the money its a gem of a place.wallmart and the outlet shops are walking distance.. 5mins to any of the disney parks,15mins to seaworld,aquatica,universal....2mins to the old town on the 192 where all the eating places are ...if your looking for value for money this is the place.great pool and theres a small lake at the back of it for feeding the ducks or fishing...also lots of turtles..would reccomend this to any my freinds or family

We had a great time here. Even though this villa was older than the others we've used in the past, it had a real "home from home" feel about it. The house was airy, clean and comfortable. The beds were clean and comfy and the pool area was great. We had the pool heated so it was nice and warm all the time. Location was superb, close to all Orlando's attractions and as there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, it meant very little driving for me which was a bonus.. We had a problem with the toilet on our first night which was sorted out next morning and gave us real confidence in the local management company. All in all our overall experience was superb and will definitely use DJW again.
