This is an impressive, spacious villa in its own secluded grounds, situated in a peaceful rural location overlooking abundant orange groves. Yet it is just a short drive (10 minutes) from the historic town of Gandia with its excellent shops and award-winning beach. The villa boasts panoramic views. There are extensive patios and terraces/barbecue area around the inviting pool. Inside there are 4 bedrooms including 1 en-suite (2 double and 2 twin). There is a well-equipped new luxury fitted kitchen, a full bathroom. A large lounge/dining area leads out to a covered naya and open terrace.

Bars / restaurants: There are several good bars/ restaurants within walking distance of the villa in the local village (2km) There is a much wider choice of restaurants within driving distance.

A lovley villa I would be really chuffed to own. Clean, tidy, well equipped and modern. Very private with great views and plenty of space. Quite a bit off the beaten track, sat nav would be handy to find your way home after exploring. I wish the pool had been heated, I wish it had a better TV with at least one non-Spainish channel, I wish there was something to do when the weather turns nasty. Be prepared for many power cuts which turn off everything including the water. Win the lottery, buy a 4x4 (and a generator) and retire here!
