Papaaloa Plantation is a 15 acre tree farm with a recently built two bedroom home. The property is located at 1400 feet above sea level and enjoys cool breezes and views of the Hamakua Coast. Renters have exclusive use of the property for quiet walks and wildlife viewing. The property is centrally located between Hilo and Honokaa and provides a good jumping off point for day trips to the Volcanoes National Park, Waimea, Hawi and the North Kona beaches.

Papaaloa is a quiet rural area featuring lush tropical vegetation and dramatic mountain and ocean views.

Had an amazing time at this secluded getaway house. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect distance from a day drive to Kona and the Volcano. the trees have grown significantly since the pictures were posted, so the ocean view is not quite as good as the photos. But you can hear the ocean very well at night. Great kitchen with all gadgets included.
