Las Palmas is a spacious, contemporary St.James west coast villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms located in a private road and is a short 2 minute walk to Paynes Bay beach. The villa is approximately 500 metres from The Sandy Lane Hotel. The property has a contemporary feel, and was featured in the November 2003 issue of British Airways Highlife Magazine. Las Palmas is centrally located within easy access to the highlights of the west coast. The property boasts its own jacuzzi in the private landscaped gardens of Las Palmas. Las Palmas is one mile from Holetown and 10 minutes drive from the popular Mullins Beach, 15 minutes from Speightstown. It is close to numerous restaurants.Amenities include 3 bedrooms (one super king and two twin beds), 2 bathrooms (one en suite), fitted kitchen, sunken living room with maple wood floors, covered patio with bar, fridge and seating area. We were very pleased with our choice for our trip to Barbados,It was a perfect location, as we had a wedding to go to at the Cyrstal Cove resort.The accomodation was ideal for us as we needed a three bedroom villa and being close to the beach was a plus.My wife and her sister spent a lot of time in the Jacuzzi(with a glass of wine or two)and the barbecue was great for cooking the fresh fish that we bought at the local market.We are looking forward to our next trip to Barbados.

This was our third time in Barbados and it was a change for us to stay somewhere with a garden- both the garden and jacuzzi were a real pleasure to have. watching the birds gave me something fascinating to watch while lazing on the lounger catching the rays while being kept cool with a lovely breeze. The villa is spacious and very well placed for the west coast. Paynes is a lovely beach and really is only a 5 min walk away. we even walked up to Holetown regularly although the buses on the main road are frequent. The villa is clean and comfortableand air conditiong great - the garden well maintained with mature tress as well as bushes and flowering plants. i would recommend this property to a friend and indeed have done so to a family member.

This is the second time we have rented this villa,the property is well maintained and has all the amenities you could need,the kitchen is very well fitted and has everything you could want. very good customer service from everybody involved, for us the villa is very well located to Holetown and as described two minutes from Paynes Bay which is a beautiful beach.A great place to relax and chill feels like home from home for us we hope to return next year.
