3km away from the coast and 3km from the village is situated the finca (a spanish country house) Oléandre. A big house with a sea view surrounded by a private olive and almond trees land with at least 30000 sq m. You will find then an ideal place for relaxing. Prices are also very attractive here in Spain. Pets are welcome. The house is only 30 min away from thematic park Port Aventura. Casa Oléandre is a big house with lots of spaces. It could be up to 7 people. The total house surface is approximately 120 sq m and a covered porch of 30 sq m with sea views. Outside the house, you will have a barbecue, paella, and grill utensils. You will have also the olive grove to take advantage of the sun or looking for a quiet shadow under an olive tree . The house is oriented to the nature, you will have the possibility to use a surface of more than 30000 sq m to relax and feel comfortable.
