You can find our holiday apartment within a newly built house situated amongst 6000 metres of olive groves. You can enjoy the spectacular view from a 35 m2 terrace or by wandering around the huge garden. The living room is pleasantly furnished in a country home style with an integrated kitchen. This rustic environment provides peace and tranquillity for those that just want to get away from it all or it is within striking distance of the Cote d'Azur and the Italian Riviera. Our experience shows us that it is the ideal for families with young children or for those that want peace and quiet.

You will find this wonderful haven 7 kilometres inland from Bordighera. 450 metres above sea level give us beautiful views and clean fresh air even when it is stifling in the towns. Even though we are situated in the country, it is just a 20 minute drive to Bordighera, 18 km to San Remo, 30 km to Monte Carlo and 40km to Nice. We are 3km from a typical medieval Ligurian village, where you can find good local cooking.

Calm atmosphere with spectacular views will ensure you spend most of your time here! Well equipped kitchenette leads into the bedroom area where you will find a comfortable 160x200cm bed. The bathroom consists of a bath with shower, bidet, hand basin and toilet. Bed linen and continental breakfast are provided.

Our olive groves: We sell our pure extra virgin cold pressed organic olive oil, harvested from the olive groves that surround the Villa. According to seasonal availability, organically grown fruit and vegetables are also available.

Ski: One can ski at Limone Piemonte, which is approximately 60 km away. One can also take a spectacular train ride from Ventimiglia to Limone which takes approximately 1 hour.

Golf: For golf enthusiasts, there are 2 superb golf courses within 30 minutes drive at Monte Carlo and San Remo.

Wij hebben een weeklang genoten van dit comfortabele appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht op het dal, de omliggende heuvels en de besneeuwde bergtoppen van de Ligurische alpen, maar ook van de privacy en de rust. We werden ontvangen door een zeer vriendelijk echtpaar; er stond zelfs een ontbijtpakket voor de eerste dagen voor ons klaar. Het appartement ligt boven op een heuvel, de eerste rit ernaartoe op de smalle weg was wel een beetje enerverend, maar het went heel snel. In de omgeving is veel te zien. Een absolute aanrader.

We were delighted to have found this property.

It felt spacious for three people and was very well-equipped.

The view from the balcony was stunning- we ate all our meals outside, staring in awe as the mountains changed colour as the day progressed. Sometimes we ate at the restaurants in Bordeghera, and found them good and cheaper than expected.

Ernesto and Maureen were delightful hosts and nothing was too much trouble.

We would very strongly recommend.

wunderschöne, familiengerechte Ferienwohnung

Wir, Ehepaar mit Baby, waren ganze 5 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Domizil.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, die Wohnung ist hell und sauber, alles ist da was man braucht. Die Verständigung ist kein Problem. Es gibt eine gute Parkmöglichkeit und viel Ruhe, Platz und gute Luft. Es gibt die Möglichkeit Obst, Gemüse und Olivenöl von den Vermietern zu beziehen. Zum Meer ist es nicht allzu weit und in Vallebona selbst gibt es gute Essensmöglichkeiten und einen kleinen Laden.
Wir fanden es war ein wunderschöner, einmaliger Urlaub.

Schöne Wohnung zum Relaxen und Natur genießen

Den vorherigen Bewertungen können wir uns nur anschließen.
Es war eine große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, in die man nach einem Tag am Strand gerne zurückkommt. Auch für einen Badeurlaub, eine super Unterkunft. Die besten Strände sind allerdings in Frankreich - 30 min mit dem Auto - kein Problem. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder hin.

Das Ferienhaus ist über sehr schmale und steile Straßen
zu erreichen. Dafür überzeugt das wunderschöne Haus mit
einer einmaligen Lage und Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut eingerichtet. Hier fühlt man sich rundherum wohl. Wunderschöner Freisitz, Grillplatz und Balkon runden das Ganze ab. Das Umland bietet für jeden etwas. Wandern, Städtereisen, baden, erholen und einfach genießen. Als Motorradfahrer hatten wir hier ein einmalig, schönes Areal für Touren gefunden. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr herzlich und hat in der Wohnung sehr viel Informationsmaterial bereit gelegt.
Alles in Allem ein Traum. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp.
