A very spacious apartment in an exceptional position, finished and decorated to a high standard. Newly renovated to a very high standard with marble and wood floors throughout and contemporary furnishings, accommodation includes two master bedrooms with full ensuite bathroom. Beaulieu is a charming French seaside resort, with a daily fruit, vegetable and flower market in the old square. Two internationally famous hotels, many restaurants both French and some with Italian influence, including the internationally renowned African Queen restaurant, casino and cinema make it great location for both summer and winter holidays. There are several beaches within walking distance of the apartment which have water sports activities on offer. There are two marinas, the larger one which the apartment overlooks, has a working fishing fleet which sells its catch on the quayside every morning. On Cap Ferrat (5 minutes) there is a charming children’s zoo and the famous Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild.

Beaulieu-sur-mer is set in a beautiful location between Nice and Monaco. An exceptional place where the sea meets the mountains. The coast-line bordered with palm trees and lush vegetation make it one of the most wonderful town on the French Riviera. A true 'dream oasis', it has a rich architectural heritage with sumptuous residences : la Rotonde, le Bristol, le Palais des Anglais, The Casino, the Greek Villa, the bandstand ... This lively town has two well-known harbors : the marina of international renown accommodating 800 boats & a picturesque little harbor set in the middle of the Baie des Fourmis.
