Apartment on the ground-floor, south east of the town centre, in a house with enclosed garden of 400 m2 surrounded by greenery, with pool 55 m3, private 3 lodgings.

2 rooms (65 m2): one bedroom with a 160 bed

-Lounge: 3 beds: 1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 80

- Kitchen 16 m2

Shower room (big shower, 2 washbasins).

Separate toilets.

Wooden garden furniture; table 8 people, 4 pool beds, 2 sun loungers, armchairs and bench.

Bus number 22 Av. Jean Rieux, every 5 minutes (in the town centre in 10 minutes).

A deposit will be requested for your reservation (40% of the rental price); the balance is due prior to arrival and the key hand over.

You will have left the cleaning of €50 (in cash if possible) and local tax of €0, 35 per person, per night.

The usual security deposit cheque of €350, which will be refunded within 1 week after departure.

House in Toulouse, to the south - east of city centre, quiet. The apartment is on the ground floor (65 m2) sleeps 4 to 6 persons, with garden and pool. We are slightly isolated from the street, so there is no noise, it is very easy to park, and the parking is free!
