The apartment is very large and sophisticated.
High ceiling, spacious corridors, bright rooms, make this apartment unforgettable. A living area consists of two rooms which are respectively a dining room with a great table where you can take a seat for 10 people for organizing wonderful dinners with friends or family. A lounge where you can spend happy moments of a three-seater sofa plus two armchairs, watching TV or just for a coffee or a drink with friends. Each bedroom is furnished with style and attention to detail. In furnishing the bedrooms, we have tried to create a relaxed, comfortable, cool, but also welcoming environment, where rest is the first target. In addition there is our kitchen, furnished to the ancient, wooden furniture and equipped with all the tools and everithing needed to cook.
Directions: If traveling by car from the North, past the exit Florence North and Florence Scandicci and take the next exit, Florence Impruneta.
If you have the navigator you can also exit at Firenze Scandicci and follow the navigation instructions.
From the south, take the highway exit Firenze Impruneta.
Follow the signs to Florence, passed under the beautiful Certosa del Galluzzo, then crossing the homonymous village.
Shortly after the sign for the entrance in Florence, at the traffic light of the Two Roads, turn right into Via del Gelsomino (DO NOT GO STRAIGHT, you will take A FINE CROSSING THE CAMERA), turn left towards the avenue of Poggio Imperiale towards Porta Romana. Once you reach the Piazzale di Porta Romana, easily recognizable by its doors in the old city walls and the large roundabout with a statue in the center.
By half way round (then going straight), take the Viale Petrarca (1 km), which then becomes Avenue Pratolini (150 mt), Aleardi (600 mt) and Raphael (300 mt). At the end of Viale Raffaello Sanzio, at number 2 on the corner of Piazza Pier Vettori, looking to your left you will find Residenza Oltrarno Guest House.
If you travel by train
From the main railway station of Santa Maria Novella take the bus n. 12 that leaves from the stop 'Parking Station' which is located outside the train station, exit Pharmacy side, to the left of the track when you get off the train.
Bus 12 comes just under Residenza Oltrarno Guest House in 8 stops and in a few minutes. The stop is called 'SANZIO' in Piazza Pier Vettori. By bus # 6 or # 13 is back at the station.
From Florence airport, you should take the bus 55 which is a shuttle bus (Volainbus), to and from the airport.
Volainbus takes you to the main train station (Santa Maria Novella), without intermediate stops. The cost of the ticket is € 5.00 per person and you can buy it on the bus or at the ticket Ataf office in Railway Station Square.
Florence Airport Amerigo Vespucci is only 5 km from the city center and a taxi service is always available.
Taxi fares are about € 20/25 from the airport to the city center and vice versa.
Direction from Pisa airport.
We recommend you to take the Terravision shuttle bus to and from the airport of Pisa.
Terravision takes you to the Central Train Station of Santa Maria Novella without intermediate stops.
Otherwise, you can reach Florence SMN train from Pisa airport. You will be the station of Santa Maria Novella in about an hour.
